Nice Restaurant in the Center of Zinnowitz.
Friendly service and good relation service/price. We took the Steinbutt/Turbot which was amazing. Unfortunately the potatoes were not of a good quality. As starter we had ordered fish soup which never arrived.
Definitely one of the best places in Zinnowitz for a fresh fish meal.

We had flounder and parsley- mashed potateos, kind of tasteless. Wine was good. Cramped inside but cosy. Liked the closeness to the ocean. Menues only in German and hard for waitress to translate to english.

The prices were really quite fair for both drinks and food. A beer around 3.10 which is fine in a tourist trap area. Food portions large. Particularly the hot dog was huge. As usual neither the ambience, decor or food was particularly American, but that's always the way. Points dropped for the limited vegetarian options, the fact the beer was flat and also it was dark and sticky inside (either no windows opened or poorly ventilated)

We were traveling with German friends or would probably never have found this place. You don't get to Loddin unless you really want to be there! However, the service was extremely friendly. Since we all spoke German, it would be hard to say if they would speak any English. The menu had a good assortment of local fish dishes, and the beer and wine was excellent. Since we were really out in the country-side, the prices were very reasonable. Since we did not have a reservation (and were not locals), we had a table without a view up next to the bar. However, you could see that the views of the Baltic from most of the tables were excellent. I would certainly go back there if I am ever on Usedom Island again.

Great food, a very good choice on the menu (or you could order one of the many set menues). Fresh and well prepared. Other than in the other restaurants we looked at the menu offers not only the usual main dishes, but very interesting and well prepared accompaniments and side dishes. The only draw-back is the questionable quality of the open wine. We would recommend beer as a drink...

I couldn't get over how cute this place was. Walking in from the outside, on the left you see an upscale bakery counter. On your right, you see an upscale clothing and handbag boutique, selling Le Specs sunglasses, Michael Kors bags and shoes, L'Occitane perfume, and lovely clothes. Walking through this space, you make your way to the restaurant.
It's also lovely, with beautifully decorated tables, an aquarium, and velvet banquettes. The menu is a bit small, with burgers, tapas, salads, and a few specials. Everything was delicious. I had a rhubarb spritz to drink, and the salmon special to eat. They were both prepared with care. My husband had steak tips over risotto. Again, delicious.
The service was friendly and attentive. The food was a bit pricy, but it was really good and you're paying for that beautiful showroom, I'm sure. Desserts there weren't my favorite, but I'm not German. The cheesecake was a bit too grainy for me, and the strawberry cake I tried had an overly hard layer of gelatin to break through.
We enjoyed it so much, though. The atmosphere there can't be beat, and you can go shopping afterwards because the boutique stays open! We even went back the next day for a quick drink after walking the Promenade.
