So pretty town, I just love it. Peaceful also. Kremšnite - served warm, they are fluffy and creamy. To avoid stomach ache eat them cold or take a risk. :)

Traditional Croatian and Samobor cuisine
My wife and I were visiting in the neighborhood and decided to drop in here based upon the generally good reputation of this establishment. It was a VERY GOOD decision!! The menu is not one that tries to do everything, which already tells me that the do well what they prepare. If you love veal and desert pancakes, you will love this place! A large parking lot, belies the modest entry way across the street. But once inside, you see that the place has a capacity to serve a large demand. Quaint, yet discrete in interior design, the place has a natural charm that makes one feel at ease. The staff are relaxed and engaging, with an appropriate amount of humor, as well as informative regarding the fare offered. The owner and chef are very clever in that they offer a variety of options on basic themes. Where else can you find 2 pages, or about 45 different versions of palecenka? My wife ordered one of the sausage, njoke, krumpir, and sour kraut delights. I stuck to the basic strong suit herein of veal in mushroom sauce, and a mushroom soup. We were both delighted with the outcome. Calm, but not blaring music in the background, an appropriately attentive wait staff, and and absolutely delicious meal. Can;t ask for a better evening meal than this anywhere. We will return.....over and over again!

Sevdah is advertised as a traditional Bosnian restaurant and while some dishes really are traditional, there are also some rather classical meat + side dish meals. The food is excellent, the meat is of good quality (no pork) as are other ingredients. The portions are rather generous. The prices are average(39 kuna fo ra big portion of ćevapi and around 70 kuna for a meat dish) but you will have to pay extra 12 kuna for a small ball of kajmak or 19 kuna for a baklava which I think is a bit too much. The place is partially decorated in traditional Bosnian style but Sofra beats it in this regard.

I ordered one pizza yesterday and waited for it 1 hour and 20 minutes. They said I'll wait for 45 minutes.
And of course it was cold.
It's a big pizza but you can't enjoy it if it's made more than one hour ago.
And it's probably the most expensive in Zapresic.

Perhaps the best ice cream in the country. We had seconds. However, The town of Samobor is the second treat. Try the pumpkin and amaretto flavors. And the pumpkin cheese cake! We need to import this to the US for a Thanksgiving alternative. Highly recommended.

Visited restaurant during the one day trip to Zaprešić. Ambient is clean and cozy, it also features Terrace. Service is great, food delicious, and portions quite large. Menu features pizzas and various grill specialties. Prices are affordable. There is a public parking near the restaurant as well.

Had a little dinner with my wife by Mil Sunce Restoran-Pizzeria at Zaprešić.
I were there for the third time I think. For my surprise there changed there name, from Barbara to Mil Sunce. Mil Sunce or ex Barbara is a little restaurant, not far a way from the center of Zaprešić. We were for dinner in the middle of the week and there were no big traffic. So to short this review, I ordered a mushroom soup and noodle dish with prawns. My wife took the house pizza Mil-Sunce.
To be short my soup and noodle could be better the soup was average and the noodle dish were made with to much sour cream for ma taste. Also my wife rated the pizza as average. So all in one, this is a average restaurant, with average food and kind attendance.
