Had lunch here with friends a few weeks ago, and now dinner with other friends. Very enjoyable! The first time we were out in the small garden on a beautiful day - hard to describe adequately - although picturesque is perhaps a good start. It simply has a casual, almost random and worn country feel to it which is very charming. The second time we were indoors, rustic with a capital R, but also with a few elegant touches. Very attractive. First course we all had the Cantarell, served on "butter crispy bread". A solid start, the Cantarell themselves very tasty, but overall presentation not exceptional. As a main course the others all had wild duck, served with new potatoes, mushrooms, carrots and some apple sauce I believe - it looked very appetizing, and everyone said it was delicious. I was less adventurous, a steak - filet mignon - I believe. Obviously very high quality cut, tender as can be, and nicely prepared with alight tasty gravy and carrots & potatoes. Excellent! The wine list was somewhat limited, and I let our pleasant server suggest a red Cabernet I hadn't seen before - it was also very good ( wish I could remember the name - sorry!). We skipped dessert, as we headed home for a piece of birthday cake. Summary: simple but very charming & informal - cozy - atmosphere, understated menu & wine list but great quality out of the kitchen, service friendly, but perhaps just a bit more attention to detail wouldn't hurt...Important - no sticker shock here, good value!

Thsi is a place where you need a car to go to, it'a an old farm in the middle of the country side. But still well worth the trip. When we arrived spontaneosly the restaurant was fully booked, but they still managd to arrange a table for us, good service. The italian influenced brinch was excellent, with a bit of wrm as well as cold food, lovely pickled herring, salmon, various meat, salami, parma ham and so on. The desserts were trluly grat little things, very tasty.

We were here for a dinner. We really liked the place: it was really cozy, with the feeling of a typical swedish "krog", but slightly classier than usual.
I ordered buffalo wings (starter) and a burger: the portions were definitely big, and, for once, I could not eat everything. The chicken wings were perfectly done, while the burger was definitely good but not top class.
My wife had a fantastic "planka" of pork meat, with shrimps and pommes duchesse. It looked delicious and definitely a huge portion.
The waiter was also very friendly, we even talked for a few minutes about Trelleborg. A really nice evening!

Have been there with my family today, the long-cooked chili was one of the best I ever ate. Focaccia and shrimp-salad also tasted great. Slightly cold in the restaurant but really nice and pure atmosphere. A small store joining the restaurant provides with lots of different crafts, design and toys. Well worth a visit.

Restaurant strandgatan32 by Dannegården is a restaurant in the historic and modernly designed Dannegården in Trelleborg. Also a hotel and conference center. Dining at Strandgatan32 you will be served food made with love. We are known for our homemade lunches, fondue evenings, goose dinners and our Julsymfoni - an extraordinary Christmas table.
I was looking eateries in Trelleborg on TripAdvisor and tried their lunch.
Today's dish was a tasty marinated salmon with creamed potatoes. It comes with a good salad bar, beverage, coffee and cake. There are several dining rooms, and the decor is reminiscent of a country estate. If you go here in the evening they have a cozy bar with a good selection of single malt scotch. A little more expensive, much better!

It's a rather small place, so not very appropriate if you are a larger party, but for a family/couple/friends' dinner it's very nice.
Big plus about having the soup seperately from the rest of the ingredients, so you can just add tofu and all the other stuff and making it much more to your taste.
The price is pretty standard for a plate of sushi in Sweden. The quality of food is nice as well, good sizes. The staff is friendly and I really have no complaints about this place. :)

Hallongården (the Raspberry Farm) is a farm with a café and small shop where they sell there home made products. It is a nice place to visit with children since there are some animals to pet while having some "fika". The prices are a bit high for the food but overall the taste was quite good.

We had a little wait before we could enter the ferry to travemünde, so we decided to roam around Trelleborg on a sunday. Pizzeria Victoria is a small place, fits maybe 20 People, but has a very nice and communicative staff. The manager was able to speak english, german, swedish and maybe some more languages...
We had a good time, it didnt took too long, for our pizzas to be served, 5 People, about 15 Minutes.
We had Pizza Hawaii, Salami and a variation of Mafia. Also the youngest, wanted some Kebap which was served with french fries, sauce and salad. We paid about 400 or 440 swedish crownes, about 45€. This is a good deal compared to about 139€ on TT-Line Buffet.
Also we didnt had to wait in queue and could relax after the long drive from Stockholm to Trelleborg.
I can recommend this place, the pizza was delicious. There was a big refrigerator with different drinks (water, soda like cola, cola zero eg.) to choose from.
In front of the small restaurant is enough space on the sides of the road to park. We had to go about 50m from our car!

The food is very tasty and highly affordable. Together with the service of the friendly owner, a pearl not to miss...
