While most of the restaurants in this area have open air tables, this has only tables inside. Also it only opens for two hours (8-10pm). But the waiters were really professional and dishes were very local taste and big portion. I love this place generally however for our family, we have a one year boy, and honestly we felt bad to be noisy talking with our son all the time. It would be recommended more to couples or family with bigger children.

Osteria La Dolce Vita, is the right reference point for those who want to enjoy a typical Sicilian cuisine with simple and tasty dishes. Our menu includes dishes of meat and fish (exclusively fresh). The great experience and professionalism of its staff will make you enjoy delicious dishes. The venue has a capacity of 40 seats and is air conditioned. Ideal for small banquets.
If you want to experience a local osteria, where to taste Seasonal Dishes and local food, this is the place. It might represent the best option for a not pretentious but very genuine meal. Fish is absolutely fresh and the place very cosy and familiar. This place is very appreciated in town thanks also to Michele, the owner. Very kind and frank person, he give you the feeling of being like at home. Great relation quality-price! Recommended....

Recommended by our hotel and strong reviews from TA.
The food was excellent, service brisk and professional. Quiet atmosphere.
What it lacked to get 5 stars was ambience - White walks, no outside Seating....needs something to go for good to great.
But good was really good!!

Wine bar with an open kitchen and raw food, for wine lovers to lovers of slow food.
We arrived early - just after 7 pm, having finally found the enoteca which was recommended by our host at Brezza d'Estate, Valderice. (The signage is subtle and we walked past it on the first attempt). Being early, we had the chance for some personal attention from the sommelier. The enoteca offers a good range of wines for tasting and the staff can provide knowledgeable commentary on the wines. We worked our way through the list, beginning with an excellent local blanc de blancs, then some delicious whites and a couple of respectable reds. (Note - we shared the tastings so we're able to walk out of the place without staggering). And the food that we had with the wine was just right - olives, cheese, sashimi and a zucchini and smoked salmon roulade - all excellent. Staff were competent, charming and managed our lack of Italian with good humour. A lovely evening - thank you Versi di Rosso!

Located in a historic building at number 67 in Corso Vittorio Emanuele Trapani city. The kitchen serves traditional Sicilian dishes and specialties of their own creation made with care and professionalism with a touch of class from the best ingredients available.
We spent two weeks in Sicily and this was by far one of the most memorable and good meals we had. We found that the Sicilian cuisine in the top restaurants were similar to one another (pastas, grilled seafood, octopus salad, etc.) but Osteria seemed to give things a different spin and presentation. The couscous had a different spice to it than we've had; the homemade pastas were tastier than in previous restaurants; the grilled Tuna was a perfect rare. Service was on the slow side and the greeting at the table came about 10 minutes after we sat down, but after a few drinks and a wonderful dinner, all was good.

I have eaten in half a dozen upscale restaurants in Trapani and this was, hands down, the best. Located in a small alley facing cross Vittorio Emanuele, it exudes taste and elegance by the time you enter. It as an old building with original high bricks ceiling with elegant tables with ample space between. The menu is traditional-original and consists of the usual antipasti, mostly shellfish, pasta and very fresh fish. Everything we had, from the antipasti di mare, the local pasta busiata and a whole fish for 4 of us was splendidly prepared and presented. The desserts are also great. Great professional service and an extensive wine list well selected and reasonably priced.

Braceria I Grilli is, since 2011, the perfect place to taste the excellent grilled meats. First Steak House on Trapani, offers selected meats from all over the world. You will find Patanegra and cheeses, as well as Italians, also French. You can taste wines from Trentino, Valle d'Aosta, Sicily, Puglia, Sardinia, Piedmont, Tuscany, Veneto and France. By our reservation, you can also arrange your business lunches as well as intimate and tasty events.
For 50€, we shared a starter of grilled cheese with "grilled vegetables" but the vegetables were cold and tasted like frozen ready to cook vegetables. I took pasta supposedly fresh "alla trapanese". It was obviously a plate just heated in microwave and the pesto was not even well made. The pasta was also served with potatoe chips...which left me puzzled as not really relevant with a plate of pasta. My fiancee took a fried beef, nothing special about it but the side potatoes had a strong industrial taste. A glass of syrah, good as it can't be frozen! All things considered, it was not expensive had it been genuine home-made food but for frozen and industrial food, not so cheap! Place is nice with a large Terrace.

We uncharacteristically played it safe and ordered spag vongole, grilled gamberoni and squid then we seen the spicy mussels, fish carpaccio and other heavenly plates so we returned, lovely! Great staff too.

We went there 2 times during our staying in Trapani. It was just like we imagine italian pizzeria - small places with just a couple tables, very nice owners, great pizza and good prices. Higly recommended!

I was in Erice and coming back I stopped in a bar where, outside, everybody suppose that there is nothing... surprise, the best cannolo in the Worls, and I ate thousands of cannoli! It was also very long, more then usually in Sicily. Excellent!!
