Restaurant T-bone is the perfect place for those who enjoy a hearty lunch at a casual dinner or a meeting for guaranteed delicious steak and a glass of good wine
The property is in the Euro Otel. Their soups are OK, salads are mediocre, meat is just terrible. Prices are high

If you are in a hurry, this cafe is not fit for you! Don't trust waiters about time and verify your check.

Our joint 1st place restaurant in Pyatigorsk, together with 1001 nights.
This restaurant is next door to, and owned and run by, the same owners as Hermitage Restaurant, which locals told us is the oldest restaurant in Pyatigorsk. (Unfortunately during our stay it was closed for refurbishment) Also next door to it is Nostalgie Caffee and we went to have a look and, My Oh My, the sweets there looked fantastic. Anyway Nostalgie is a European Cuisine, French Inspired, restaurant. The food and staff are of high quality. Can highly recommend the beef cheeks and the duck breast salad. If you feel like a good steak than you are in the right place. They have a good choice of aged marbled steaks and they cook them divinely.
Very good choice on menu and portions are good size not nouvelle cuisine.....
Price is higher than other restaurant in the area, but it reflects the quality of food/service. (around 3500 rub per head including 1/2 bottle of wine per person for 3 courses)
If you want a high quality European Style meal that I think that this is your best choice in Pyatigorsk.
