This was a very good meal, loved that the salad was included in meal. Prices were good and portions large. The restaurant is huge which makes it noisy. I would definitely return and suggest Reservations if your planning on going on a Saturday night.

Although I love Joe feta's, especially their salad dressing! I'm less than impressed with their Takeout, quite often I missing items or the amount of food that you get for Takeout is substantially less than that that you were getting the restaurant. I highly recommend going and having their fabulous chicken ala Joe dinner, but definitely do it in the dining room rather than Takeout. The rice is always good, never over cooked, the Chicken Souvlaki is juicy and Incredibly tasty. The saganaki is to die for! I love ordering it around people that have no clue what it is, and they almost crap their pants when it lights on fire. Yes of course I'm going to hell hahaha

We’ve been eating here since our kids were very young and the food has never let us down. Always full of flavour with a beautiful presentation. Some of our favorites are the chicken and crab dumplings, green curry, pad Thai, lemon chicken.

I haven’t been to the blue mermaid in a while until I had visitors from out of town that I needed to take out for a fine dining experience.
I was not disappointed.
We were treated like royalties, the food was amazing and the service impeccable.
Blessed to have a place like this in St Catharines!

Overall experience was fantastic. From the warm greeting when entering the restaurant till the time we left, we were very pleased. Our waiter Jody was very friendly and very attentive to our needs. Our meals were done to perfection and no one had any complaints. The atmosphere was very warm and cozy. One of the best experiences I have had.

Cafe Amore is Mediterranean inspired restaurant that opened in 1995. Featuring seafood, steak, veal, lamb, chicken, pastas, pizza and vegetarian dishes you'll be sure to find something for everyone. Over the years it has been voted as the best overall restaurant, most romantic, best desserts, best lunch, best ambiance, best local chef just to name a few. A children"s menu is also available.
I've been here many times-....with family, friends, as a couple.... for both dinner and lunch.... inside and out. I've never had a bad experience.
Most recently I celebrated my birthday there with a group of 11. Server was fun, food delicious and served promptly, portions generous. We had an overall great experience.
I will continue to return.

We went for our first time here for breakfast and are unlikely to return. Regulars (and there are many) get far superior service and that's just fine, but it does have the effect of reducing the amount of people who will become regulars. This doesn't seem a problem for this place as it was packed. The service was slow and somewhat rude for us, but fast and friendly for others. The food was fine, but nothing out of the ordinary for a diner. I think my advice is, if you're a regular, enjoy; if you're not, try the Sunset Grill.

We specialize in comfort foods, healthy choices, and fresh baked desserts.
I went here with my wife as she's a celiac and thought it would work for both of us. Turns out that neither of us enjoyed our meal. Service was decent but food was doodoo. Had the seitan nuggets and they were inedible.
