Exceptional cuisine is served in this very charming family restaurant. Very professional service, excellent wines and great cooking. This young chef is a genius. Second to none here.

The Bellavista is a restaurant near St Moritz and has lots of advantages, not just good food.
We thoroughly enjoyed a glass of champagne in the garden overlooking the alps, before sitting down to an excellent dinner. Lots to choose from with first class service in a cosy environment. To be honest, there are probably posher restaurants nearer town, but if you’re after decent food, great views, extensive wine list and reasonable prices, then the restaurant Bellavista would be near the top of your list.

This modern two-Michelin star restaurant is full of surprises. Each dish is delicious, beautifully served and very tasty. We had a seven course menu, which was absolutely amazing! This is one of the very best restaurants in the St. Moritz area, with great service and excellent food, each plate is an art of its own. Also the restaurant is very cozy, small and elegant.

St. Moritz restaurants are world-renowned, and at Nira Alpina we serve world flavours to satisfy the appetites of worldly, nomadic travellers. A typical meal might well include classic favourites from Thailand, India, Italy and Japan - a far cry from most Engadin restaurants. Taking a cue from our surroundings, the Nira Alpina cuisine is natural and fresh, with most ingredients farmed, caught, raised or bred within a few kilometres. Or take the lift. Shining by day and night, Stars is foodie heaven. On the top floor, with panoramic views of the lakes and Mountains, Stars stands out in the St. Moritz constellation. It’s the venue for breakfast and dinner. The evening menu, featuring impeccably prepared international cuisine, takes you on a tour of the world’s culinary hotspots. Classics such as Burrata, Bourride, Entrecote of Swiss Prime Beef and Porcini Risotto are accompanied by sincere service with a dash of informality.
This restaurant offers different types of food. The food is prepared in the half open kitchen. Food is really good, but pricy. Same for the wines, but I believe that is because Switserland is expensive for the non-Swiss. Service is good and super friendly.

three days ago we walked with my brother and all the children from the parking in Sils to the Hotel Fex. The restaurant Fex is an authentic Swiss mountain place with authientic Swiss food. I had Rösti with cooked vegetabale salad which was exellent. My husband had Soup and Swiss Sausages. this is the kind of food you expect in such a place. Our lady that served us forgot some things but the owner came later and offered us the coffee which made up for the long wait.We had a nice lunch.and we go back.

We are a small family 3Star Hotel with a nice restaurant and Stübli as well as a sunny shelterd sundeck. We serve simple dishes for the small hunger, home-made Rösti, delicious main courses, Cheesefondue and Meet Fondue and different home-made cakes and ice cream. For our little guests we offer a special menu and they can play in our in-house playroom or in the summer in the garden playground. Guests with wheelchair can use our elevator to the restaurant and will find disabled toilets. Also your dog can visit our restaurant. We are pleased to welcome you in our Hotel.
After a 5 km walk over the frozen lake from Surlej to Sils we enjoyed the sunny outdoor Seraina restaurant. This is really the paradise of rosti served in at least 15 different classic recipes (see photo) together with classic engadina food and beers and wines. excellent quality.

After enjoying a meal and spending over 200 francs, including a bottle of wine costing 48 francs we were charged 3fr50 for tap water!!! Unfortunately the Stüva restaurant does not practice the Swiss hospitality rule of "a glass of water and the toilet use", old rule dating back to the very beginning of Swiss tourism in the late 1890's. Even as guests of the famous Waldhaus Hotel we were served FREE tap water. Hotel Maria should review their hospitality standards to improve their image.

We stopped by the Grond Cafe late one afternoon and had a great experience. Service was very friendly (phrasebook Italian and German plus some simple hand gestures and smiles came in handy), and everything we ordered was terrific: excellent coffee and cappuccino (both were definitely much better than average) and delicious Engadin cake (so good we ordered another serving!).
With comfortable Seating out on the sidewalk sun Terrace (most of the passing "traffic" was on foot or on bikes), this was a very pleasant surprise. We'd gladly return to the Grond Cafe on another visit.
Tip: While visiting the cafe, be sure to check out the Grond bakery next door -- they sell all kinds of beautiful pastries and baked goods, packaged chocolates, and other specialty items.

The experience you will get is one of a kind. The pick up with the big snowmobile bus just the beginning. The place is one of the most special atmospheres you can get. The restaurant has a fix menu, with a great wine list. The food was amazing and the manager does everything to make your night special. For what you get the price is just ridiculous for the price ranges in St Moritz. It's really worth it, and book a lot in advance.

Silvaplana is really part of the glamorous St Moritz connurbation in Switzerland. we took bus and cable car trips and one day chose Silvaplana. At first the choice of lunch venues looked uninviting and we passed the more blatant tourist traps and noticed the AlbanaHotel had a Thai Restaurant. What a find. An imoeccable terrce with sun cover if wanted. A gem of a waiter with impeccable English and food that was beyond belief at the price oof less than £20 for what they called a light or quick meal. portions were not the massive Alpine variety. Content was real food, not this months catering pack special promotion. Wine was good and good value by local standards. And amuse bouche and petit four extras were graciously and freely provided. I won't spell out the dishes, just say if you like flavour, texture and amiable service in delightful surroundings give this place a try.
The toilets were impeccable too so one can assume the rooms and other facilities qill be, Summer or Winter.
