We had a nice steak in a pleasant atmosphere with a very sweet and cordial waiter. Lots of tasty food. Ambient Music, not our taste but what the heck. This is our first time in the Czech Republic. And we like it.

My dinner was ok although it was not as great as I could expect. The waitress tols us there are no places so we could eat sitting at the bar and there were people without reservation entering and they let them sit at the table so I feel it's not fair at all. Food ok but not to say I was very impressed.

There ware not many polite staff in Pec pod Snezkou. Pizza Anděl was different. Staff was very helpful and polite. Food was fresh and very good quality. The portions were large and filling. Price not very big. I would recommend for skiers and tourists

We've visited Mount Blanc in the evening. The place was crowded, the waitresses hardly managed to get the dirty dishes off the table before new customers were seated there. Lots of children. Waiting time was ok. Hot chocolate with sheridans was almost perfect - the only part spoiling this pleasure was horrible whipped cream. The cakes (especially the chocolate one with hot chocolate sause) were delicious. We'll probably visit again

It looks to be currently one of most popular dining spot in Karpacz. In weekend - full of people, only possible to get in by reservation.
Food was amazing by taste and also of enourmous portions. Zurek was high-end as well as ribs - the ones was best in my life.
Service could be more attentive.

We were visiting Karpacz on a Sunday and choose this restaurant from TA. Arrived early ordered drinks and then the special on the board, chicken and noodle soup, pork schabowy and desert. What a pleasant surprise, soup tasted homemade, the pork was well cooked and presented very well with a variety of vegetable salads and either mash or chips, desert was a choice, we had the apple crumble and the cheese cake. Service was friendly and good. Excellent all round and would recommend.

We spend with family and friends weekend here. The hotel is high quality with low distance to slope, easy to park. Extra storage for ski. Directly in the center. Cards accepted and ATM on hotel wall as well. Staff is very costumer oriented, polite and helpful. The interiors are nice and clean. Restaurant is having excellent food with very fair price.

Even if the hotel is ugly from the outside and the restaurant too spacious to by cozy, the food is absolutely excellent. Everything is fresh, tasty, delicious. The staff is very friendly and prices reasonable for the quality they offer. I can really recommend!

An extensive menu doesn't always predict good quality; but this restaurant was excellent. Let me qualify; don't expect gourmet food. But price / quality was amazing; my Texas burger was well cooked, the fries were crispy, the salad came with a very nice dressing. The ribs were succulent and fell off the bone. The waiter made a point of trying to speak English; his German was better so the conversation flowed well. After a hard day of skiing it was good to just wander down for a great meal.
