A Fish Taverna of the highest reknown. This place is immensely popular and you need to book your table at least 24 hours in advance. An extensive menu concentrates on the fruits of the sea and there are some unusual dishes on offer. Prices accordingly high but reasonable considering the value for money.

Visited here twice during our short stay on Leros. What a super place!
Each evening we arrived without booking, and despite being slightly busy, the staff made us welcome.
We tried allsorts - Anna’s Pasta [a huge portion with lots of chicken], Moussaka, Giant beans with spinach and onion, Meatballs with skordalia and fried zucchini . I suggest you share, as some of the portions, like the pasta, were too large for us! Good food accompanied each time by the live music with the owner and his friends playing bouzouki, guitar and accordion. Altogether a perfect place to spend your evenings. Thank you.

I have been sailing my yacht around the Cyclades for ten years, and by luck it was the first Greek restaurant I went to, having sailed from from England. I was moored up in the port of Lakki and overheard a couple describing a wonderful meal they had had. When I inquired of them where it was they said it was in Pateli and Dimitris had become an uncle that day. Armed with this important information I, and my crew, headed over there to congratulate him, and so began ten years of regular visits.
Why is this restaurant so good? Well, I think I have to start with Dimitris himself. He is a larger than life character and extremely welcoming. It is noticeable that when customers come into the restaurant they all beat a path to the kitchen to introduce themselves, and in turn Dimitris somehow finds time to visit the customer's tables for a chat. At this point I must mention his beautiful wife who compliments Dimitris' efforts wonderfully. Next, the food. After probably 20 visits to the restaurant the menu has always been different and always beautifully cooked. Finally the location- perfect. It is perched on the top of a cliff overlooking the bay, and at night you can see the chapel on the island all lit up which is not only magical, but Dimitris' Grandfather built it.
Well done to both of you

Greek-Mediterranean cuisine, first class materials,Very good prices, draft beer by the sea,Variety of good Greek wines
We have had several meals in the Ostria over the years, and although the basic menu remains constant a few new dishes are introduced every season: grilled fresh tuna thinly sliced with balsamic salad and a wasabi sauce being my favourite this year. Everything is beautifully fresh and they have an excellent wine list (ask for a bottle of "Two Moons" if you fancy a white with character). Small surprise 'starters' are a tasty regular feature, with a refreshing fruit plate at the end of the meal.

Simple summer environment but great food and great service. We had delicious little shrimps, nice pork steaks, salad was cold and tasty. Portions were big and prices very reasonable. Good value, great local food by the beach.

Great seafood, best in Leros. Amazing sunset. Worse service ever! If you just wanna eat good seafood and don't mind the terrible service that's the place for you. Ignore the rude waitresses enjoy the food. Such a shame to rate this place with 3 star because of the service.

We love this restaurant. We had dinner 3 times and we are going back again. Food was excellent, freshly made and service was great. We had the best shrimp kataifi, salmon and shrimp linguini, perfectly made as in a high class restaurant. Tables are next to the water, nice fishing boats, perfect idyllic setting. Congratulations to the owners for their high standards with reasonable prices.
