My husband and I visited last Saturday around 2pm. The atmosphere inside takes you back to a Greek intimate cafe full of pictures, paintings, flowers and twinkling lights. We asked for a taziki dip and it was a large serve.
I had an entree size octopus and it was superb, crispy on the outside and tender on the middle. The beans, tomato, olives and basil just perfect for the dish. Generous size.
Hubby had the lamb kebabs. Loved every bit. Large size meal with 5 kebabs, salad, chips and dip.
They also has a special on wine by the glass.
Staff were attentive and the meals came out in a timely manner. The waitress even asked if we were ready for mains which was lovely not to be rushed.

Great views from the board walk on Botany Bay at this mid-air seafood restaurant. Efficient and friendly service with reasonable quality meals. Plenty on the menu to choose from, with a basic drinks menu. Nothing to fault our late lunch experience.

This is my second visit to this Japanese establishment. Service was OK but my waitress had issues when I explained we needed Gluten free food. Firstly she didn't understand what Gluten was so that gave us no confidence. In the end those who had the allergy simply ordered the sashimi as we couldn't be sure what items were OK to eat. Other non GF options were fine. Be careful if you have any allergies.. If you don't then you will enjoy the good Japanese food on offer here..

We only had two mornings in Brighton, so tried two places for breakfast- this was the second! Another great choice! We shared the Turkish melt- ham, cheese and tomato on toasted Turkish bread. Huge and delicious . Great coffee, more friendly service. Obviously popular and deservedly so!!

Janelle and the team do a great job at this little hidden gem. Nothing pretentious just good food and coffee.
Nui and some of the Thai team sneak the odd Thai dish on the breakfast menu and there is something to be said for a nice flavourful Thai dish after a big night out :)
Love coming back !

For years this was our "go to restaurant " for visitors and friends. Greed has taken over. Italian wines you can never have heard of, with obscure $15.00 Australian wines at $50.00. Cocktails for $18.00, a beer costs $10.00. The food was for the first time bland, even the duck salad. The brilliant food is why we came. Insufficient staff. A 40 minute wait to order, even a drink. Impossible on a table of four to hear each other. People sitting outside on a 6 degree night with one heater. From what it was to what it is...Shame, Shame, Shame.

Booked through Dimmi for an Australia Day brunch for four people. Andrew & John were both exceptional hosts. Seating was excellent and the service was well above expectation. Well selected staff. The meal itself was wat beyond any competition in the area. Will definitely go there next time we are in Sydney.
A must to visit!!

Restaurant Is Open To The Public
We purchased a Groupon voucher for the seafood buffet and we weren't disapponted. When we arrived there were Mountains of oysters, prawns, Balmain Bugs and lots other seafood choices and salads. There was a chef serving half lobsters and there was also Baramundi, salmon and other fish. We complimented the manager on his staff and great customer service. The best seafood buffet I have ever experienced. Lovely views looking out over Botany Bay.

Absolutely horrendous service!!
We had an extremely bad experience here about 3 years ago where we were served raw meat which was completely inedible. I convinced my wife to give the restaurant another shot only to be refused to be served because we only wanted a salad.
It was 10pm, we just had dessert at bayvista and we told the waitress we had just eaten but we were still abit hungry and craving a salad. After she took out order she comes back 5 minutes later and says “look guys this is a restaurant, we can’t just make you a salad. You need to order mains as well”. I tried explaining we only wanted a Greek salad to share as we were very full and craving a salad however she just said sorry. We got up and left horrified at this service.
Never again!
