The dramatic and romantic desert fortress of Jaisalmer is an exotic city in Rajasthan’s great Thar Desert. "The Golden City" rose to prominence as a result of its position on camel trade routes. It's now most famous for the 12th-century fort and ornate "Havelis," fine merchant-built houses and pavilions in the city’s medieval lanes. The surrounding Desert National Park offers opportunities to observe blackbucks, desert foxes and chinkaras amid the rolling dunes, rugged crags and waterholes.

Why this places has such good reviews I don’t know! The restaurant does have great views from the rooftop but that’s about it. The food was very average, the momos and noodles were rubbery and tasteless and the noodle soup was lacking in flavour. Wouldn’t recommend

Here at Kuku Coffee Shop we pride ourselves on our friendly service and real coffee. By real we mean we know the difference between an espresso, a cappuccino, and a latte. Why not come put our knowledge to the test and enjoy real ground coffee served to your taste. If coffee is not your style, please enjoy our tea and cold beverage selection including lassis and milkshakes. All our teas are made with fresh ingredients and our masala chai is our own recipe. If food is what you are after please come with a bit of extra time or let us take your order in advance because all our ingredients come fresh from the market and need to be collected special for you. We also have to offer a beautiful sunset view of Jaisalmer from our rooftop. Here at Kuku Coffee Shop we aim to please and do not want you simply as customers, but as friends. Everyone who spends a bit of time here becomes family and we wouldn't have it any other way.
I really like the place: great view of Jaisalmer, very relaxing, very tasty food and the best coffee (real beans). They even have soya milk! The food is fresh prepared and delicious!
Tony and Kuku are very friendly and always ready to show you Jaisalmer and shops away from the tourist track.
It is definitely worth to go there!

"Our espresso recommended by Lonely Planet India & Rajasthan, Delhi & Agra 2015". Are you tired of drinking "Indian style" coffee that is often improperly-made, of low-quality, or both? We are too! That's why we're excited to make the best freshly-brewed drink for you to enjoy at The Traveller's Cup. What makes us different? - We understand what it takes to make great filtered coffee and espresso drinks. - We know that a great cup of coffee starts with using quality ingredients and that's why we only use premium Fair-Trade imported coffee, freshly-brewed when you order. - If your drink isn't as you'd like it, we'll make it right! - Our drinks are competitively priced, the same as others charge for instant coffee! (because we want you to leave completely satisfied!). - We offer a relaxed, peaceful & fan-cooled atmosphere with comfortable Seating, and we also offer complimentary wireless internet (wifi) for every guest. Come visit us today for the best coffee, latte, or cappuccino around!**We're located inside Dharam Internet Cafe and Bookshop, opposite the Sun Temple (Surya Mandir) less than a five minute walk from the palace and Jain temple**
A cosy little space for traveller's to chill out over a cup of delicious coffee, away from the intense, chaotic streets of India! There is a range of coffee available, from filter coffee, capuccino and lattes to super fancy expresso pods!
Not only was the coffee delicous, but this place also has the best wifi we have had in 3 months of travelling around India. Pankaj is super friendly and also helped us book train and bus tickets.

Pleasant Haveli- Roof Top Restaurant Offers Continental & Indian Food & Drinks Along With Magnificent View Of Jaisalmer Fort , Vyas Chattri (Cenotaphs), Sunset / Sunrise view. We also Offer Free Wi-Fi Services To Our Valuable Guest.
We stopped in at Pleasant Haveli for lunch today.
The food was really nice. My one daughter is learning to eat spicy food and gets upset when servers say the food isn’t spicy when it actually is a bit spicy to her.
Fortunately this time the server didn’t lie. She was very happy and ate her non-spicy paneer butter masala with joy.
The service was nice and we had a wonderful meal. I’d go back again.

HOTEL TOKYO PALACE has a roof-top restaurant which overlooks the Jaisalmer monumental castle.
The best food me and my father have had in India served by the nicest, most polite, attentive people. Our Nepalese waiter was so kind, and the food was incredible. So tasty, delicious and amazing portions. The setting is wonderful, looking over to the fort, and the restaurant is the cleanest, prettiest we've been to. Thoroughly recommend, the best Indian food we have had throughout our India trip. Thank you Tokyo Palace, two very happy customers!!

Went here with a little suspition because of the name, but were quite amazed when it came to the Food. As a chef, i had a really good experience with both Afghani chicken, Kashmiri chicken and tandoori chicken. Well seasoned, and a great meal. Didn’t try any other dishes, but i would love to. Naan was also good.

Welcoem at Gaji’s Restaurant Jaisamer located Near the Sunset Point,Jaisalmer. Our restaurant is famous for Group,Family,Kids, and Bussines People. We served Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner and just a drink after a busy day. Our rooftop Terrace offers stunning sunset and sunrise views of the spectacular Golden Fort, Mandir Palace, & City View. A place to meet other people or just to relax in a hammock. In our restaurant on our rooftop Terrace with a variety of Korean Food, Indian dishes, Rajasthani, Indian Thali, Chinese, Italian and other food.
I must say the experience is simply amazing. I have been craving for some Korean food for quite some time now, and was surprised to find a Korean restaurant in Jaisalmer.
Having no expectations at all, I must say the food is pretty legit. Its not exactly the best Korean food I've tasted, but given the location and the ingredients, I'm pretty sure the food is as good as it gets.
The cherry on the cake was Gaji's brother - Jackie. One of the more helpful and friendly person I've met in India, definitely made the experience more surreal.
Would definitely recommend!
