A pleasant visit to this very special restaurant in Inca, Mallorca, where we had a lunch which will be remembered. Fantastic home made and authentic food from the island - lamb, suckling pig and chicken. All fantastically prepared and service was impeccable. This place is a must to visit if you're in Inca. Amazing atmosphere as the restaurant is located in an old wine cellar. Not many places will beat this one :-) Thanks for a memorable meal!!

Personell doesn't want to work, they don't pay attention at all, you have to look for them when you have any question or want to ask for the bill. Food is also average

JOAN MARC RESTAURANT wants to be a restaurant current and sincere, informal but serious, modern but cozy, with a predominance of local produce and a strong projection to the ecological environment. The idea is to provide maximum comfort and feel of the client, whom he intends to establish an attentive and trustworthy, is in the dining room of his house with this intention, it is proposed to raise the construction of an open kitchen and visible from the dining area, which contribute substantially to increase this familiaridad. The business idea is to run a restaurant with carte service but half portions (the goal is that people eat a snack and a minimum of 4 courses). The dishes on the menu are characterized by their simplicity and the quest for a culinary identity of its own. In short, it can be argued that MARC JOAN RESTAURANT want to convey the flavor of tradition in every spoonful, the taste for the environment in each sip and in general, a very strong sense of Mallorcan.
We had the six course menú. It was just great. We can absolutely recommend the homemade lemonade...epic. I wish they would add some homemade ice cream to the apricot cake with rosemary...but it was delicious anyway! We had a perfect evening. Thank you! Thanks for your visit and review. Making our own ice cream is something is undoubtedly our pending subject, but that depends on an investment machinery that will sooner or later arrive!!! See yours a next time in Inca!

Lovely little restaurant in the Centre of Inca opposite Santander bank. The food is excellent and really different. I had foie grad with caramelized apples, beautifully presented goats cheese salad with figs. The list goes on. It's a relaxed place good for lunch or dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend. Well done we need more places like this in the centre of the island..

This is a genuine majorcan cuisine restaurant, we were the only none Spanish dinners. A warm friendly welcome, the food was excellent, the suckling pig was outstanding, the best I have eaten and that includes Botins in Madrid. Can't wait to return.

Really liked the idea behind this place with all the veggies being grown on the local farm. 4 course lunch for 11.80euros consisted of small plates of little taster dishes. One previous review mentioned how oily the food was and I have to agree. It took away the crisp and freshness of the veggies. All in all the meal was ok and they catered for gluten free too. I believe there are better places to go and it's not worth travelling specially to unless you are in the area.

We arrived on a quite Monday evening in October. (We drove from Alcudia especially) A warm welcome from the waiter, dressed in traditional black outfit, very smart. The decor was fab, huge oak barrels either side of the cellar restaurant. Lot's of old/new posters adorned the walls advertising Mallorca. The food was gorgeous. We went for the mixed paella & a sirloin steak. Traditional local food, good portions all tasted great. We had house red wine, sweets, water & coffee. For 4 persons the bill was about 70 euro. One of our best and cheapest meals on the Island. It was well worth the short journey to the Cellar sa Travessa.

Went here for lunch based on Tripadvisor reviews. We all had the suckling pig which had the best crispy crackling - very generous portion, didn't need to order my 3 year old son any extra food, he just happily had some of ours and we were still full. Served with salad and potatoes - so reasonable for €12.50 per portion. House red wine was the loveliest wine we've had all holiday. Delicious puddings too. Very friendly staff and lovely cool venue to escape the heat! Can't recommend enough.

Stopped here for lunch in the middle of an unexpected rainy day. They had some lunch meal options which were very well priced and prepared very quickly as we observed at other tables. We actually wanted something from the standard dinner menu. We were advised it would take longer, which was fine because we were not in a rush. IMHO, the food still came out quickly and was perfect. Great service just made it even better.

When we first arrived the bar area was full but plenty of room in the restaurant so was directed there. The waiter was very friendly an effective. Drinks first as usual and bread with dips as appetisers then prawns and potato crockets all inclusive. I fancied a steak but I don't like it raw but not well done either so was advised a hot plate to cook my own (I also had an excellent red wine with my lunch) Which I did the meat was so succulent and tasty, by far the best I have ever tasted. Then finished off with pancake in caramel sauce perfect end to a meal. Then the waiter brought a caramel liquor as an after dinner drink which also complemented the desert, also free of charge all in all a wonderful experience. On the strength of yesterday we have booked for Sunday lunch
