Several good restaurants in Ialyśos, this is the best of them. A nice atmosphere, good prices and service, with great food. We ate here several nights during our two week stay and always enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and helpful, quick without being pushy. The Halloumi starter and the Beef Stiffado main course were good, the Lamb Kleftiko was superb. Highly recommended.

We stumbled upon this place by chance, on our way back from Filerimos Cross.
We decided to have dinner and it turned out a well played choice.
Food comes in generous portions and well prepared.
We had fresh fish grilled...it was enormous ;) and delicious.
Fruit is complimentary and served as desert.
Well done Filerimos, we're going to pop up again.

We came across it a night walking around Ialyssos beach. We tasted some of there sweets. They are really good. Fresh, well prepared with good ingredients, not very sweet, they spoke directly into our taste. We really liked them. They also offer breakfast. Clean and tidy, we liked them. A good source for sweets in Ialyssos

we've been passing this place saying we should visit it one day for a while, untill we finally decided to celebrate our wedding aniversary there
food was exelent (we had mushrooms, cheese balls, symi shrimps, octopus, chicken fillet with cream souse..) though their menu might seem to be small at the first sight, but it really contains a lot of positions offering some local cuisine dishes you'll not find in all sorts of touristic tavernas all around the area
good collection of ouzo ;)
friendly staff, beautiful decoration
the evening was just wonderful, will definitely come again!

Went here for lunch on our final day. We had Stuffed Tomato/Pepper and Chicken Souvlaki. Both were very good. The chicken souvlaki was Eur 3 more expensive than I had elsewhere on the strip that holiday.
I didn't especially like that there is no partition between the bar and restaurant area and if people were smoking out there then it came in.
Worth visiting this restaurant if you are staying for longer.

A true surprise in Ialyssos. A spotless restaurant with fresh home made pasta, true Italian Pizza. We had Pizza caprisioza , taliatele Little Italy and Caesars salad. All very tasty in a well decorated environment and polite waiters. Very nice and recommended.

We went to Mr Greek because of the good reputation on TripAdvisor. My expectations were quite high and as big was my disappointment when I got my lamb chops. This poor lamb was obviously hit by a truck or prepared with a sledgehammer. The meat (4 pieces) was full of crashed bone pieces. You can choose if you want the dishes either with fries, rice or salat. I haven't had the chance to ask for a salat with it....so I got my dish with fries. The manager was showing up probably 4 times at our table and spent in total not more than 12 sec with us ;-), well not much time for a smalltalk.
As a starter we had grilled haloumi cheese which was delicious. My wife had mousaka and she was very satisfied.
We had white wine with it (good recommendation from the waitress).
In the end we ordered an Ouzo and a Metaxa which went surprisingly on the house.
All in all it was a nice evening.

In the menu there are many Greek traditional foods like gyros, kalamari, moussaka, souvlaki, tzatziki, steak and more (you can also take-away). We came to Zorbas for dinner. My husband had something that involved lamb on a bone with spaghetti, and I had the vegetarian moussaka. My husband was pleased with his meal (although he said it was a bit weird), but mine was pretty horrible.
We were accosted by one of the waitresses as we walked past and she was really pushy. We gave it and ate at Zorbas because we'd given up in the face of the harassment, but we wish we hadn't.

We ate here on our last night in Lalysos. We were staying at the Labranda Blue Bay Resort and although all inclusive, we love to get out an sample the local food. We passed Pegasus on our way into Rhodes town a few times and thought it looked friendly and welcoming. We were not disappointed. All of the staff were friendly and smiling and happy to interact and have a conversation. They spoke to our son who is 4 which was also nice. The menu is not too expansive but what was in there was enough. The quality of the food was amazing. So so yummy. We had halloumi and calimari to start and also received a free basket of bread and tsaziki (don’t know how you spell it) for the table. Each dish was delicious. My husband had the mixed grill and the meat, especially the sirloin steak was beautiful. The meat was great quality, so tender and tasty. I had the mousaka which is homemade and although I struggled to finish 3/4 of it, it was delicious. So flavoursome and plenty of fresh ingredients. Our son had a burger off the Childrens menu and again, the quality of the meat was great. Non of this repacked frozen stuff you get in most places. We also sampled a couple of cocktails. I had a pornstar martini and my husband had a London (something) cocktail which was gin based and again, both were spot on. We even ordered another portion of the holding half way through the meal because it was so tasty. Definitely worth and visit. I just wish we’d have tried it earlier in the holiday so we could have gone again. We had also eaten at Zorbas which is a little further up the road, the food and service were nice but not as good as Pegasus.
