Mid December I booked a table for family celebration dinner on a Sunday night...the restaurant was fully booked with the majority of tables booked by a large (noisy) party that took up most of the restaurant. If I had been informed that there was a large group I would not have booked a table as it was extremely noisy with people speaking loudly, constant moving between tables and the periodic clinking of glasses and shouting. It is a pity that the restaurant does not have a private room for such functions and therefore the people who booked the available tables were inconvenienced by the constant noise....not an enjoyable experience was had at our celebratory dinner.

Nice food and good environment, friendly staffs and the price for set dinner is reasonable and the portion of food are good enough and enjoyable! And their recommended wines also really nice. One of my favourite Italian restaurant!

For years this was our "go to restaurant " for visitors and friends. Greed has taken over. Italian wines you can never have heard of, with obscure $15.00 Australian wines at $50.00. Cocktails for $18.00, a beer costs $10.00. The food was for the first time bland, even the duck salad. The brilliant food is why we came. Insufficient staff. A 40 minute wait to order, even a drink. Impossible on a table of four to hear each other. People sitting outside on a 6 degree night with one heater. From what it was to what it is...Shame, Shame, Shame.

My husband and I had breakfast at Edmonds and Greer on the recommendation of a relative. Given the great reviews and recommendation we were looking forward to a great breakfast. My breakfast was 2 overcooked poached eggs, "slow cooked balsamic tomatoes" which was just a large slice of tomato barely heated with little in the way of balsamic, a bunch of spinach, some overcooked bacon & dry toast. None of this was the least appetising. My husband's breakfast was similar but at least his fried eggs were cooked properly. If a restaurant can't cook poached eggs properly they shouldn't serve them for breakfast. Disappointing unfortunately

We had a lunch catchup with friends over Xmas. Food was typical club bistro type meals but a little over priced, but then the view was much better than your typical club carpark. We weren't sure what to expect but it was a very relaxed family atmosphere plus a covered verandah if you wanted to sit outside. I enjoyed a walk around the marina to check out the boats after lunch. Parking is a bit limited and it is a bit steep down to the actual club, I am sure you could drop off people at the front door although it said members only. Overall it was reasonable but no reason to rush back.

A usual spot for Vietnamese in Hurstville. So many dishes too choose from and the pho is delicious, the vermicelli salads are great on a hot day. Great dinner on a budget

We serve the freshest home style Lebanese food, coupled with genuine service by Eddie and his staff, the atmosphere is relaxed and homely.
This restaurant caters for GF and vegetarian dietary requirements.
The food is amazing. Home styled Lebanese food in a family run restaurant. The dips were shared and plentiful. The main meals were delightful.
We had between the group, the octopus, the lamb sausages and the lemon chicken were perfectly cooked and a plentiful serving size.
The staff were attentive without being over bearing. A great place to have a dinner with family and friends.

We wanted to try this place for a while as it is sort of close to home. Made a booking on Friday night and we were pleasantly surprised. The place is quite small but if you make a booking you won't miss out. The menu is full of variety, and will please everyone. They do cater for families so can be a bit noisy with kids but really the atmosphere is what makes it. An old fire station transformed into a restaurant. I recommend trying their steaks. Prices are reasonable, portions are great and you can BYO. We will be back!

You have to try the garlic chicken and the cauliflower- both are amazing but be sure to use plenty of mouthwash the next morning!

Took my son and his partner, my wife and daughter after a friend recommended this restaurant. Had a bad experience at German restaurant in the City years ago. Rhinedorf was great, don't expect the buxom German waitresses but service was excellent. Four of us had the pork knuckle and daughter had schnitzel. All were amazed! I would have liked the cabbage rolls and the apple strudel but the size of the knuckle it would not be a good idea - next time.
