Dinner last night was at a private held wedding party at the Principote at Panormos beach.
The wedding organization and all the details were meticulous, the settings were charming, the waiters were very polite and friendly, the food ... wow ... the food was real professional Chef quality.
The moon rise at 8pm during the wedding ceremony was just the AMAZING icing on the cake.
Try to be there during full moon days and have a drink while you appreciate the beauty of creation.
Excellent place and excellent experience.
Enjoy.

The place is well located and got a great sea view, overlooking a beautiful and secluded beach at Agios Sostis.
We ordered a couple of large salads to share between 6 as a starter then ordered something from the BBQ. The salads were gorgeous with lovely combinations; spinach and fig, spicy lentils, beetroot and apple - all interesting.
The owners are very friendly and the service was excellent.

We arrived at the beach at 11.30 and there were two restaurants with sunbeds outside. We chose Epistrophi as the beds looked well looked after. 15 euros each per bed for the day. There is a drinks service which was good but you had to find the gentleman to order which suited us fine, better than constantly being asked if you want more.
We had a lovely simple lunch in the restaurant which was reasonably priced, and returned to our sunbeds for the afternoon. There was a Thai lady wondering around all day offering massage nothing todo with the restaurant but I decided to have a massage ... Amazing !!
A lovely day out at a traditional Greek restaurant.

Ended up in restaurant by a most fortunate case of mistaken location. Meeting with staff and chef made us stay, food and service kept us coming back. Surprising twists on food, always cooked to perfection. Ceviche, seafood, meat... It was all amazing. Chef always willing to go extra mile. Staff was exceptionally friendly and service minded. Also great drinks. Cozy atmosphere. Didn't stay at hotel, but will next time. Overall, best place we visited. Recommended for those who wants quality food and service, in calming atmosphere, with a lovely view.

Our favorite restaurant!
We had lunch every day of our stay in Mykonos (even when it was raining!)... We tried almost everything, and our regret was to have only one stomach...
This tavern is run by a Greek family: the mother is the chef and the daughter runs the tavern and takes your order. Food is excellent, fresh (otherwise mentioned if frozen for example) and authentic Greek.
The view is gorgeous and the tables very nice. A lovely moment for your eyes, the food, the very friendly atmosphere and the generosity of the owner. Make sure to reserve your table!
We look forward going back to this tavern on our next trip to Mykonos.

Kiki's at Avios sostis is the fab grill taverna that you can't get into! (2.5 hr queue) so either wait in the 30 degree sun (some shade and free wine and water) or get back in the car and drive to the beach next door and his this place at Panormos..... quite nice but about a 6 compared to Kiki's ! Shame is that it the size that Kiki's could do with ! Anyway kalosta .... really very pleasant we had lamb chop (tasty but fatty) and grilled squid - fab all In all a good 2nd best to Kiki's (we been there before a couple of times)

Lovely location with stunning views. Very popular and one can understand why, the menu while not extensive was interesting and varied. The quality was excellent and in nice proportions. Highly recommend

We had battled force 7 gale winds at sea to get to Marathi (daughter had visited on a day trip from Lipsi recently) and we weren't disappointed... We were welcomed by the gorgeous family who run the bar (in the Summer months only I believe). Although we didn't want a full on meal we asked if they could prepare a selection of Meze which they were happy to do. Service could not have been better, the Meze were delicious and all home made and as for the view.... seriously never enjoyed one quite like it ever! You must visit!

We only ever drank here but the glasses of house wine were large and very drinkable and there were frosted glasses with draft beer. Nibbles with drinks, sport on the screens and locals drinking here too.
