The restaurant is ideally located in picturesque surroundings in the northern part of the beautiful Isle of Mors, with a view of the fjords and the little harbour, which mainly serves as the landing area for the ferry sailing back and forth every half an hour connecting the island with the neighbouring island of Thy. The interior of the restaurant is cosy reminiscent of old ferry inns.
The specialty of the restaurant is "eat all you can" panfried eel in butter, served with new potatoes and parsley sauce for 175 kr. (approximately 23 euros). We were invited to lunch by friends, who were living nearby this restaurant, and knowing that we loved eel, this was just the best place to try this delicacy. For drinks, it had to be the local beer and
Da ish akvavit. However, other Danish specialties are also available, such as open sandwiches, meat balls or frikadeller, just to name a few, if eel is not your cup of tea.
The service was friendly and discrete. The panfried eel was delicious - crisp and juicy, just how it should be. The serving tray with eel was filled up as soon as we have emptied it, and we could not help but eat till we dropped.

Located near the boring dull harbour of this small town, the restaurant is a nice place with smiling welcoming faces, good service, and more than enough large portions of food servings. They could easily save on food wasting. Prices on the bit higher side, but acceptable. Well done.

Absolutely stunned and impressed by our visit here. I was looking up a place to eat after our family trip to Jesperhus and found this place on Tripadvisor. I wasn't expecting too much after Reading the reviews so we were totally shocked by how incredibly good the food was. They buffet was a great price and we loved every single thing we tried. I've never seen the kids go back for seconds anywhere we have taken them but they couldn't get enough. On top of that the service was outstanding. The owner was actually the one to serve us and she was the sweetest most wonderful woman, making sure our needs were met without being too on top of us (good service in Denmark is rare for those of you who aren't from here). She was amazing with our kids and went so far out of her way to make sure we had a great experience I wouldn't think twice to drive the two hours it takes to get there from my house when I am in need of going out to eat :)

If you'd like to try, how Danish traditional food is supposed to taste, you are at the right place. Dishes are like my grandma made them, both in taste and size.

A small restaurant with a lot of people going to have take out. Seems like a family owned restaurant that makes great pizzas and the person in charge do whatever in his hands to make the visitors comfortable, even to ask another restaurant for a glass of wine in case they do not have it. It was a great experience to dine there.

We had dinner here Wednesday evening in connection with Nykøbing by Night, when the shops are open till late in the evening and there is live music in Kirketorvet. All you can eat buffet was offered, so there were plenty of customers. Luckily, we reserved a table for four, although there was also outside Seating. The price for four people including drinks was just a little more than 500 danish kroner, and the buffet offered a huge variety of cold and hot dishes as well as ice cream for dessert. The buffet was replenished often, so diners got good value for money. The service was good despite the many customers that evening.

We had lunch at Øst Vildsund gl Færgekro, and enjoyed generous portions of good Danish food to reasonable prices. Nice views to the marina and the bridge over Limfjorden. The restaurant had a lot of atmosphere and the staff were friendly and proffessional

Set on the new marina at Ejerslev on the north tip of the island of Mors, this little café is well hidden from tourists and travellers. You might call this the middle of nowhere. But everything about it is just great: the food is simple, inexpensive and very tasty, comes in generously sized portions (you won't feel hungry for dinner after having your lunch here!) and is served with the beautiful view of the boats in the marina, the blue waters of the fjord, the Islands of Fur and Livø and the old clay quarry which is now a lagoon with a nice footpath around it. A well-hidden gem with great food, very friendly service, the sounds of the waves and the singing birds - and a view that makes you want to stay. Sailors, hikers, bikers, tourists: you will not be disappointed!
