We dined here on a September evening only us in! No welcome, find your own seat. Girl behind the bar more interested in looking at herself in the mirror behind the bar!!
Eventually she brought the menu. Food arrived reasonably quickly, poorly presented, small quantities not particularly well cooked, not cheap. We ate and made a quick exit. Would NOT recommend you come here. Plenty of better around the area who will at least try to serve you.

The great thing about travelling is that sometimes you stumble across a real gem.
La Stalla (the manger) is one such gem. Located in the centre of Combloux, it pretends to be nothing more than the local pizzeria. This said the plat du jour (roast pork ribs, green beans and potato dauphinoise) was delicious and portioned too much to finish. My partner had a very respectable pizza and we enjoyed a simple carafe of white wine.
Service was attentive and friendly

Hadn't booked but we turned up earlyish the owner was able to find us a table. Good was delicious the best Gnocchi I have ever had beats Italian restaurants in Italy too. The food was prepared with fresh produce and well cooked. Service was impeccable and tried their best to liaise with us in English. Would highly recommend it and advise to book as the place was packed.

We have been coming back to this restaurant for years and are never disappointed. The owners set the standard with high quality service making you feel part of their family. The food continues to be impressive with traditional Savoyard fare but the speciality of meat cooked by the owner on a large open fire drill in the restaurant.
3 course meal and drinks including wine worked out at £60 per head, not cheap but great value for what it offers.

A lovely friendly restaurant with good food and reasonable prices. We arrived late in St Gervais and were looking for somewhere for dinner. We found L'Eterle in town and ordered pizza's and wine which were delicious. We went back the next evening and tried their fondue and pasta. On our last evening there we tried the risotto. The staff are so friendly and speak english when required. Special thanks to Alice who chatted to us and made us feel welcome.

Lovely mountain restaurant serving traditional Savoie foods in an exceptional setting. We walked up the hill in beautiful Sunshine and enjoyed a lovely "croûte", which is tasty local cheese dish.
Service was friendly, professional yet relaxed. A cocker spaniel belonging to the owner was very friendly as he walked around the tables.
Lots of kids activities available which keeps the kids occupied.
Highly recommended - relaxed, great location, wonderful food and friendly service - you can't ask for more..

A fantastic restaurant both for the food and the welcome. You need to be relaxed going there as the service can be somewhat slow on busy nights, as there is only a husband and wife running it, but it is always worth the wait. We have been regulars for 20 years.

One of the few restaurants that propose a true culinary experience in the wider Megeve area. It is a restaurant that takes care of all details and offers an innovative, modern menu and an interesting wine-list.
When in the area we always return for lunch or dinner.
