Conveniently situated at the Chiusi Chianciano Terme.
The room decor is quite odd, as it themes vintage cars. The place is popular with locals and Italian tourist, and for a good reason. Food is good and the staff friendly. You get value for money. We will come back, no doubt.

Osteria la solita zuppa
A fantastic male waiter (name I can't recall) was personable, funny, and helpful with the menu and set us off on a great vibe. The restaurant is famous for soups (potato leek soup did not disappoint) but it did not stop there. The spinach gnocchi style stuffed with ricotta wasn't just the best thing I ate that night, it's the best thing I've ever eaten. Excellent meal with cheap house wine. 5 stars all around.

we stayed only one night in Chiusi and we went to this old style trattoria in the center of Chiusi.
We took a 1.4 Kg fiorentina (we were two)
The meat was absolutely superb, one of the best I have ever eaten in Tuscany. The household red wine was excellent. The Service by a young lady was accurate and friendly. Price was honest

"La Taverna del Patriarca": La Taverna del Patriarca is a typical Tuscan osteria carved in the ancient cellars of the villa with the intention of promoting the renowned regional specialties. Its uniqueness is a brazier to view where we are cooking dishes of grilled meat and fish. A simple and tasty cuisine is combined with a very courteous, making it the perfect place to spend a Taverna cheerfully any type of event. Open all year round, for lunch and dinner, the Taverna del Patriarca is divided into three dining rooms of different sizes so as to be suitable for any request.
Only by chance did we discover this restaurant. We had a perfect lunch enjoying a meal with an elegant touch. The surroundings are nice, despite the location near several industrial like building and the Autostrada. The restaurant has 2 charming rooms, and the staffs are...MoreThank you for writing a review and carefully described our service and your total experience. We are pleased you enjoyed every aspect of your lunch and we certainly wait for you for a stay at our hotel or other culinary events. Best regards.

This is a nice restaurant located on the south shore of Lake Chiusi. You need to watch for the signs to find it without too much difficulty. Nice menu specializing in fish, including fish from the lake. Decent service and ambiance. Would probably be very nice in warm weather as it is located right by the shore.

This restaurant is very closely tied to the Slowfood movement which means they use local artisanal products, and the owner can talk for ages about where all their ingredients come from and how they are grown or produced. We ate an amazing array of starters, pastas made from all sorts of grains, and meats ranging from rabbit to local Chianina beef. We ate too much and drank too much but the price wasn't excessive. The food is Tuscan, but the female chef who came out to speak to us later isn't afraid to spice things up with ingredients and techniques from other regions of Italy. We spent a memorable evening, and our 10-year-old daughter was made to feel right at home. (we speak Italian and I honestly don't know what other languages they speak but i'm sure they'd make a major effort).

Family lunch, the food was good and well prepared and served nicely and pretty quickly on the outdoor Terrace. We had a good pizza diavola with a nice crust, grilled beef with rocket leaves and sliced Parmesan cheese, grilled vegetables and buffalo mozzarella, all tasted well. For lunch Osteria Etrusca works well and I can recommend this place.

This delightful bar was a few tens of meters from our Hotel in the southern Tuscan hill town of Chiusi. The friendly service, the variety of well-prepared food and beverages, from pasta plates and pizzas to afternoon aperitifs and coffees, made this a great place to sit in the casual outdor Seating area and absorb the daily activities of this small hill town. we visited three or four times during our five days based here, and were acknowledged by the operating personnel as we walked by during the day, amking us feel part of the local scene.

Missed the motorway turning and got lost in Chiusi trying to get home... we were very hungry so pulled in here... attracted (like moths) to the lighting and smart frontage. Appearances can often be deceptive but not this time.
A warm welcome from owner Clemente (Italian and fluent in English/American!) and his American wife. They took over the place about a year ago and have a 10-bedroom B&B in the same building. All very smart, clean and typicall Tuscan (but thankfully not cluttered like too many other abodes!)
We are in the midst of the madness of the Duckun Diet so no carbs (pasta, bread, rice all off the menu for us) and little oil... But nothing was too much of a hassle for the kitchen. We settled for two fab steaks on the grill (mouthwatering) and grilled vegetables, salad and other nibbles. All excellent. The coffees were a gift from him ("For suffering so much on the diet...") and we vowed to return when the full menu will be at our disposal.
I can report the other tables had lots of locals and even doctors – always a good sign if the doctors eat at a restaurant. They are always rich in Italy and can dine anywhere but choose the best establishments) . Others were being served wonderful pastas, homemade pastries and desserts – and choosing from a great wine list. Next time, next time...

We will be closed from march 14 to 21
Really excellent dining experience in Tuscany Divine. The service was good, communication went well and the food of course was delicious. The only hope is that if we come to visit next time, we would love to try another menu if avaiable.
Thank you and see you next time :-)
