This was the second time we have dined in this restaurant and the food was excellent. I had a steak which is probably unusual for an Italian restaurant and it was one of the best that I have tasted and cooked exactly the way I requested. Top Marks for food and sevice.

Visited this premises recently last week and can only say it is overpriced, i was charged extra for a single slice of bread 40 cent and i was astounded when the man asked if he could tap the card for this . unreal and you wont get value in here, menus never changes and owners could do with smiling now and again. wont be back.

Award winning Bar & Restaurant located in the heart of Castlebar on Linenhall Street. Home cooked food is served daily from Noon with a number of Daily Specials on offer. Food served on Sundays of Bank Holidays. Tasty home-made desserts available on specials. Bosh is also a live music venue.
It's a great place to visit for traditional food at great value for money prices. Great service no waiting ?

The Harlequin Restaurant is located in the Harlequin Hotel , they serve contempory Irish cuisine and from the menu they use local produce, like Kellys of Newport famous black pudding or I have eatedn A blue Bell Falls Goast cheese tartlet, really great food I was not exoecting this from a hotel Restaurant.
All meals contained wheat, milk, egg and gluten when asked if I could have something without egg or milk I was told no. When room service was ordered the portions were smaller than eating in the restaurant not sure if there was a reason. All in all disappointed as the food looked lovely.

My wife and I love this little establishment. We enjoyed a lunchtime treat here today...my wife had the crab meat salad, and I had the crab meat stuffed pitta bread with salad. To accompany this we had side dishes, comprising stuffed vine leaves, falafel, peanut satay, mango dip with roasted sweet potato chips. Although this all sounds rather electic, it was a wonderful taste sensation. Generous portion sizes, and all the food is well-cooked and prepared, using fresh, natural ingredients. The Deserts are all home-made too. Gluten and dairy-free carrot and courgette cake...it really tasted delicious! The prices are reasonable, and the owner/chef is very hands on and caring for all guests. Homely and cosy Middle Eastern decor. My wife and I think this is the best place to eat out in Castlebar by far!

Earlier this week we headed to Lily's before our shop day.. I was a bit disappointed that Peter did not have the Fresh Haddock available...I have had the Haddock as a breakfast with eggs & soda bread and Haddock with Salads...Both are simply scrumptious..I usually end up having half packed for take away as there is enough for 2... This week I settled in for a small Irish which was excellent..Love that 'Breakfast is served all day'
Staff are brilliant... A pure pleasure to walk in & be warmly greeted & have mugs of coffee set before my 2 friends & a pot of tea for me..
