2 Restaurants on-site at the Hostellerie Baie Bleue: Pub St-Joseph (resto-pub sportif with specialty of seafood and meats on the grill) La Seigneurie (fine regional cuisine, mixology, tapas tasting menu, tartar, mussels & fries at will, oysters, signature plates) Philippe Allaire, executive chef
We had the most incredible meal sitting in front of their large windows overlooking the Baie de Chaleur. The food was wonderful - every single thing we ordered was exquisite - we were 4 people and we each had something different but no matter what it was, it was perfection. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Well, went to see the Tall Ships in Carleton, Quebec on Saturday. Beautiful area to visit! Great view of the bay and the prices were really within range. As most people, you want your money's worth, especially when ordering seafood. Well our meals were delicious! Lots of Seating area and you can enjoy outside too! Parking available. I was quite impressed by the amount of large scallops and shrimps that I had gotten in my meal and my sister's meal. Waiter was really nice. Plus they would serve you more coffee if you wanted some more. Talk to me about a restaurant that provides you with more coffee and you don't have to pay. Nothing insults me more is when you want more coffee and they charge you for it!!

This was a great surprise while driving from Quebec to New Brunswick. Great little restaurant, very friendly owner who really makes you feel as you were in a little corner of France. Everything is made with genuine ingredients and it's simple but truly fantastic.

We walked in on a Friday night with no Reservations but were accommodated. The waitress was so friendly as was our waiter. Our French was not good, but they spoke English and helped us with the menu. We has the cabbage soup and a salad to start, both very good. The entrees we had were scallops, with an exotic flair, and a large delicious veal chop. The creme caramele was perfectly made. There is a lovely view of the bay and outside Seating for warm weather. We really enjoyed the food and the extremely kind and attentive service.

The microbrewery le Naufrageur is a nice place for a beer. It is also possible to eat there but I haven't done it.
The place is nice with a great atmosphere.
There are different beers brewed there (7 or 8, I don't remember). Most of them have a pronounced hops taste. You have also the possibility to taste a selection of 4 or 6 different beers in smaller quantities. Personally, I prefer the stout.
The staff was very efficient.

It had been 3 days that I couldn't get a decent espresso.
