Since its opening, within the Hotel de Paris authenticity and culinary elegance have always been delicately combined at restaurant Le Louis XV.The menu, a Mediterranean and seasonal symphony of a style that Alain Ducasse qualifies in one word as « essential », suggests a wide pallet of exquisite dishes. The wine cellar, filled with 400 000 bottles, is a wine aficionados' dream.Indulge in this elegant room set in light and gold or on the Terrace for lunch or dinner.
We dined there for a very special occasion and staff was very supportive while still respecting our privacy. We went for a menu and enjoyed every dish. As I am not a fan of shellfish, these dishes were replaced with another exquisite dish. Loved the service, the taste of the food, the presentation, in short all. When I need to mention something which could be improved upon I only can come up with not having seen the chef after dinner (I am used to that in the top-rated restaurants but maybe I thus far was spoiled :-)

Starters were good. Mains average. Desserts basic. Overall nothing special to eat but priced high! Also, waitress seemed to forget us!

Same restaurant, same menu, same view ... but... when the Maitre D Romano is in the house, you experience the full beefbar journey. The italian extravant skilled expert, will guide you to enjoy your meal to perfection, without pushing you to the most expensive courses.
What a man, serving unbelieable meat!

No wonder they go 2 Michelin stars, they are well deserved and the location high above the Cote D'Azur is spectacular.
Many French Gourmet restaurants are highly overrated, I think. NOT this one! The menue is well balanced, nicely presented and the taste is world class. We enjoyed every single course and I can still remember most of them, which is always a good sign.
The interior is a matter of taste, quite traditional, but it fits into the castle on the hill.
Of course, it is not cheap, but a perfect investment if you want to spend it for an evening to remember
Only negative point: The hotel bar is very nice, but before we went to the Michelin Star, we were served off-the-shelf black olives and peanuts.... neither tasty nor classy, a bad start, really. Maybe also just a joke to lower your expectations ;-))

Joël Robuchon restaurant offers a sophisticated, accessible cuisine with Mediterranean flavors, executed by Head Chef Christophe Cussac, who promotes fresh seasonal products. The open kitchen, a distinctive trademark of Joel Robuchon's philosophy: to share his passion and pleasure of food with his guests who can enjoy a direct contact with the Chef while he's cooking.
We’ve been privileged to have dinner at Joel Robuchon just before Christmas. Despite being regulars in Monte Carlo in general and Hotel Metropole in particular, it was our first dining experience at the restaurant. We’ve both had vegetarian menu, which was delightful and served to perfection. However, the truly special part comes from the human talent at this restaurant. The level of professionalism and attention to details was unmatched. To anyone who appreciates not just food, but the highest levels of hospitality, remarkable talents and passion for excellence, please do not miss this restaurant. Savour every mouthful and, above all, speak to the people who serve you. They have worked with some of the biggest names in the hospitality industry, and their stories are inspirational. Treat this place and its talents with utter respect, and you’ll have an experience to cherish for ever. Thank you to everyone at Joel Robuchon for making us feel so special. We are looking forward to seeing you on Saturday.

Movie themed French Italian Restaurant !!
We made the mistake of choosing this place after Reading good reviews. When we arrived the waiter was unfriendly and rude. Menu is limited and food pricing is very high for the level of quality. Not recommended - there are much better places to eat in Monte Carlo.

We enjoyed our dinner last night at the Blue Bay! It was a great fine dining experience - from the time we arrived we were treated so well. The food was excellent and our server Miguel Silva was extremely insightful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Chateau Eza hotel offers a Gourmet restaurant serving a la carte French and Mediterranean cuisine against the stunning backdrop of the French Riviera. Dine in the indoor glass-edged room with 180° panoramic views for fully enjoying the sun-kissed Riviera weather on one of the several outdoor terraces, all overlooking the sparkling azure waters of the Cote d'Azur.
We never tried the restaurant at Chateau Eza, got disappointed with meals from room service. We booked a room through Booking.com that promised mountain view. We came to the hotel and they said they did not have rooms with view, only to the street. The room in itself very good with big superb bathroom. You have to climb a lot of stairs to get to this hotel so not suited to persons with disabilities.

Le Lamparo is most certainly an amazing place.
Very beautifully located with an outstanding view, they serve delicious mouthwatering food in a very classy and cosy decor.
Perfect place to relax in the daytime with very nice staff and bartender.
They also offer great shows, parties and music at night.

An absolute must when visiting the Côte d'Azur. Ask for a table on their below Terrace! The view will give you goosebumps ! The price/quality is absolutely correct and their wines are delicious. Welcoming family atmosphere and tasty kitchen. Enjoy.
They have a voiturier service, so parking no problem.
