Our B&B advised us this restaurant, open on both evenings that we were in Avola (Sunday and Monday). Friendly and quick service of a large choice of typical Sicilian dishes. The antipasto Prua and Seabrass with almonds and spinach were our favorites. The soups with seafood taste great. Pasta all dente as alays and in quantities that were for big eaters. For this took away some of the taste of the added vongole and other seafood. We advise to choose the non pasta dishes, and go only for the whole deal (antipasta, prima and secunda piatti, dolce) when you are very very hungry.

We found this place by coincidence, because we were about to drive to the amazing Cavagrande and we needed to launch something before. That restaurant is on the way to Cavagrande in Montagna, they have a small outdoor with the name of this restaurant hotel.
Everybody should go there and eat that amazing culinary! It's a family business, the waiter is the son and his mother the chef, they also helped us to find the easiest way to the waterfall Cavagrande. I really recommend. :-)

We enjoyed friendly service and tasty seafood at Deja Vu. We loved the mixed fried fish antipasti; the sweet chilli sauce and ginger mayo particularly complemented the salty fish. We had two pasta dishes for our main courses; although my tagliatelle dish was actually linguine, it was full of flavour and very fresh. My husband wasn't quite as keen on his paccheri but enjoyed the meal nonetheless.

Disappointed. Nice and elegant place. We ordered primi: fusilli with swordfish and aubergine was good. Risotto with saffron and bottarga only tasted as bottarga (disappointing as bottarga has a strong flavour but I was expecting that). We asked for some olive oil before primi to put on the bread. Well, we've been served vegetable oil (olio di semi). We told the waiter and he said that maybe the olive oil lost its flavour. Guys come on, are you kidding me. I'm from Napoli and my girlfriend from Puglia and you expect we cant tell oil??not only the good one but veg oil from olive oil? I felt like standing up and leaving seriously. That spoiled our dinner. Friend fish and gamberi were good though. Now, considering the prices, I would go somewhere else. With the similar prices we had better dinner in Marzamemi (Campisi) and another place in Avola (Domus). Sorry, but this is my feeling. Tourists might like it, but I'm from southern Italy and would rather prefer going somewhere else. I cant believe they dont have olive oil on the table, this is Sicily!! That should be the minimum!

Don't ever say you've eaten the best rice bomb ("arancina") till you've tried theirs. ...absolutely wonderful...so many to choose from but my favourite one is the "quattroformaggi "...and if you've got a sweet tooth the "fritella with ricotta dolce" is an absolute MUST... simply the best❗❗❗

We stopped here for pizza after having walked to another restaurant that was closed.
Should have come here first!
Such a nice family business - nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel so at home.
Our pizzas were delicious and the glasses of wine were huge! All the other customers in the restaurant were Italian and were so friendly towards us.
Definitely recommended!

Huge selection of Pizzas, even some rather unusual combinations. They are happy to make pizzas according your selection. Excellent Pizza and value for money. Good quality appetizers as well.

What else could you expect to become the #1 dinner restaurant on our 8-day trip to southeastern Sicily. Definitely the best seafood appetizer plate and delicious, well-prepared main dishes. Good choice of wine, and all this to a moderate place. Oh, almost forgot the desserts...and the seasode location.
