Food is good (not fantastic as some comments) and 1/2 portion can serve 3 people. But service not! Waiter removed all tables before the food arrives and we felt really uncomfortable with the pressure to finish (it was 9pm!)

The food was good, but the place has few fans and doesn't have air conditioning. It was very very hot inside, and the sound was very, very loud. The toilets weren't clean. The hostess wasn't helpful, but the waitress was very great and saved the night.

We discovered this restaurant at the far south end of the beachfront and a block or two back. Traditional looking from the outside, as soon as we stepped in we were made to feel like we were old friends. When seated, you are immediately served some appetizers - bread, cheese, marinated fish, sun dried tomatoes, etc. The staff was uniformly friendly and attentive - constantly watching to see if you were running out of anything, which would be immediately replinished.
The menu offers a great selection of carne do sol, filet, and seafood dishes accomanied by beans, rice and whatever style of macaxeira (fried, pureed or as a sauce) you'd like. More food than you can eat, without a doubt. We took the rest of our food back to our hotel, where my wife discovered that they'd given her extra tomatoes, which she had really enjoyed during dinner. Nice touch.
It was such a great experience that we returned the next night with some business acquaintances. We arrived prior to them and the maitre'd remembered the wine we had ordered the previous evening, and the wait staff started right in with the appetizers, including extra tomatoes for my wife! When our friends arrived, it was apparent that they were well acquainted with the Carro do Bois. We learned later that it was their favorite restaurant, and it is clear why. What an outstanding dining experience - Parabens ao Sr. Gilson Dias e todos o seu equipe!!

A 5-star cuisine in an intimate atmosphere is what to expect from Di Vino. As the name suggests, wine is everpresent, for the tables sit side by side with the cellars so that the customers can literally go and pick a bottle to make him company.
The dishes are well overpriced, and we sense that we are paying not only for the food, but for all that akes Di vino a special place for special occasions.
It does open for lunch, but, in my opinion you end up rushing your meal and the atmosphere becomes more of a business place. Dinner, however, brings all the charm and it is Worth visiting or even becoming a regular if you are prepared to spend money for the occasion and not only for eating.
One suggestion: do not go for the prwns, as you can have them as delicious and for half-price somewhere else. Duck, Lamb and Cod are amongst the best plates served.

Simple but very cozy restaurant. Well familiar with regional décor. But the important thing is that the food is hot, without excessive seasoning. Ask before which the dishes that have the spice COENTRO if you do not like. It is in the central region to 10 minutes drive from the beach of Atalaya across the shore.
The attendants are friendly dressed up in costumes Northeast. If you want to taste the Sergipe be sure to try.

This restaurant is near the hotel area in Atalaia beach. But not only tourists go, also local which is a sign of its quality. We ordered a salad with ceviche and linguini with seafood, both tasty and good portions. For dessert,a wonderful guava petit gateau with tapioca ice cream. I would like to try the other dishes next time. The sevice was kind and price is adequate for this kind of restaurant.

Traditional Steakhouse in the Northeast that serves meat steak for lunch and dinner, besides offering various dishes in the buffet that goes from Brazilian to Japanese cuisine.
If you like meats,go to this buffet, you will not be disappointed. Huge salad bar and lots of meat variety brought to you personally by staff on skewers: steak, pork, chicken, garlic and cheese beef, sliced on to your plate.
