My partner and I ate at l'aromate this evening and found it a complete eating experience, we are English and our French is basic to say the least, the waiter therefore gave us an impromptu French lesson whilst talking us through the menu! He was very patient and good humoured with us and made what could have been a difficult evening very enjoyable. The food was first class and we would highly recommend this restaurant to travellers.

Tasteful, inventive, creative cuisine at very reasonable prices. Pleasant but somewhat slow service. Modern interior with ample room between guests. Remarkable restaurant for a very unremarkable little town, albeit near Metz (15 km).

Encore un déjeuner le mercredi midi L'accueil est toujours aussi bien, la carte est complète. Service impeccable, plats excellents et suffisants, personnel sympa.
A conseiller et à refaire encore surement

This restaurant is exactly what we like, relaxed with a friendly ambience, quiet location, excellent service, wonderful food; and no 'bling' factors.
We arrived and had our aperitif walking through the very interesting garden; lots of little corners make this a fun start to the meal. Then we went into the restaurant for our meal, as this was our second visit we knew what the restaurant was like, nice calm colours with the other tables not too close. Our food was divine and all served with a smile, just perfect.

Nous sommes déjà venus plusieurs fois et nous n'avons jamais été déçus. Pour les amateurs de viande, vous retrouverez ici de la viande délicieuse et très tendre. Portions très copieuses. Personnel sympa. On reviendra!

It's not easy to find a good restaurant for a decent price in the area, which was why L'incontournable was such a little treasure.
The interior design is very sleek, and the Terrace dining offered a lovely summery feel. The staff were pleasant and efficient.
The fixed price menu never fails to surprise; the first time we dined there I had a shepherd's pie with rabbit, and another time it was chicken skewers served with a lovely zucchini mousse. It's hard to know in advance what the menu of the day would be since it changes, but the surprise is always worth another visit.
At 15 euros for three courses, it offers a far better fare than most dining establishments in the vicinity.

We had lunch here on a Sunday. During weekdays, they have a prix fixe formula for lunch with appetizer, entree and desert around 15 EUR per person. This is not available on weekends, and the a la carte prices are higher (16 to 24 per entree), but worth it. The dishes are extremely creative, taste delicious and are decorated/presented like in a high end Michelin restaurant.
The server was extremely friendly, and the restaurant was decorated nicely albeit very modern.
This restaurant is well worth a detour. The name or storefront doesn't do it justice at all (so much that the owner may want to consider renaming it, in order to attract high end food critics), but don't be worried.
One drawback would be the lack of baby changing facilities in the restrooms.

We were recommended the restaurant during our recent visit to Amneville-les-Thermes. We ordered the menu of the day and weren't disappointed. The service, menu, drinks menu were first class and this restaurant deserves it's Michelin rating. The forest location is totally relaxing and it is a delight to sit back to enjoy the surroundings. We loved our meal.

This place is a disaster. The beer is fine ... they brew it on premises ... but that's about all you can say. The food is poor, served with a scowl, and not particularly well-priced. The choices in this area are slim ... it's an amusement park/water park/ zoo and the town of Amneville lives off of its thermal spas. It is really not worth it.

Buffalo grills are reasonably priced restaurants. This one much the same as all others. Good staeks, reasonably priced house wine. The service was a bit hit and miss at this Buffalo grill, we had a somewhat forgetful waitress, hence the average rating.
