Malwani Food
Recently visited this place by hearing good reviews but unfortunately this place serves pretty average food. We tried surmai thali and prawns fry. The surmai was not fresh. The yellow curry they serve along with the fish thali was very saur. Not a worth thali for Rs 300.
The prawns fry was very tasty though. Also the kokam soda was refreshing.
Other than that, you will definately get better fish food someware in locan restaurants. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Promise.

Our purpose is to serve healthy Local -Konkani- and Lebanese food in a garden with home style furniture music many colors all to relax and feel the joy of being close to Nature safe and peaceful. On the same property we have a design shop with 100% cotton clothing, dresses, tops, gifts and organic essential oils.Situated between Alibag and Mandwa all visitors to Alibaug pass in front of our property as we are located on the main Alibaug-Mandwa road just opposite Fountainhead You can also stay at our rustic luxury AC tents with attached Bathroom Free WiFi Toiletries TV and Swimming Pool. Some -Narial Paani- like to organise events at this place. Its good for Weekend Getaways as the food is from Bohemyan Blue.
They specialize in kokan and lebanese food. However, we liked the kokan food better. Which makes sense considering the cook is a local.
The place has a comfortable feeling to it. Make sure you have time to spend. A decent meal would require atleast 2 hours. It is also mentioned on their menu. A main course has a 30 to 45 minutes wait time. But the taste makes the wait worth it.
The aam panna was good and we ended up ordering multiple glass. We ended our meal with their lemon grass tea.
The kids lazed around while the adults had a leisurely lunch. We ended up spending more than 2 hours at the place. There was nothing rush about the whole experience.
We also got a chance to meet the owners and have a short chat with them. A nice pair of folks they are.
A must visit place. However, do note that the place is open only till 7 pm. So a visit for lunch is the only option available.

Kikis Cafe and Deli located at Mandwa jetty ...one cant miss it as you get off the boats with its striking lime green and purple logo. Offering a wide range of foods which change with the season the cafe offers options of dining in or takeaway .....to die for Hand tossed thin crust artisinal wood fired pizzas with a variety of toppings are very popular. The veg and non veg chops are simply divine , jumbo veg and non veg sandwiches with a variety of fillings.....a wide range of desserts ....delicious apple pie and salted caramel tarts....hot dog rolls or a simple samosa or to die for dabelis ....recently introduced tandoori food in the evenings from 4pm to 7pm.

During our stay the resort, we had Dinner at Aparanta.
Indian cuisine Thali had majorly lots of chutneys, the papad has become soft though.
Aaam panna was great.
Overall food was okayish. Not so great for the bill paid.
The pan at the end of the meal was amazing. The Pan guy had been making pans for quite a number of years.

Liked the solkadi, tandoori fish, prawn masala. Good sea food. Service is good. Please carry cash as well as sometimes their card swiping device might not work. What I didn't like was that water is served in steel glasses. Plates need to be of better quality. We were there in the afternoon, and I noticed that the place needs to have more light. It looks dull.

fabulous experience overall. finely crafted menu which has dishes from Maharashtra, Mangalore and goa. we tried a pomfret goan startr and had a mangalorean chicken dish and a gomantak preparation for mains. the bread served wada...was so tasty i had to ask for more. Monica who attended our table delighted us with her charm and knowledge. met Chef Jadhav who is behind the show, down to earth chef...but the flavours that his dishes produced would send you to heaven :). must try

A must go to place, at least once for its location. The restrobar is built next to the jetty and is easily approachable from Mumbai by ferry or speed boat. The place is usually always fully booked over the weekends and had to make booking weeks in advance to get my Saturday slot. Try to get the sunset time slot, as it is the best time to be here! The food and drinks were well prepared and we enjoyed having it sitting in the breeze. Though I would simply and purely recommend this place for the unique experience for people in Mumbai and not for the food and drinks!

Got to know about this place from TripAdvisor and it was a wow experince.
Restaurant serves some delicious indian food. We tried Paneer starter and Veg Biryani. It was awesome and also very cost effective.
Though restaurant is on main road to Alibaug beach, however had a big parking behind the restaurant.
Overall a must visit place, if you are in Alibaug.

The food is amazing with prompt service. The quality & quantity of every dish served is awesome. It serves snacks as well as south Indian and north Indian cuisine. They serve amazing poha which were one of the best i have ever had. The north indian food was mouth licking with nice balance of masala. They have ample parking and small play area for kids too.
