Absolutely the worst experience I've had, my wife is from AsiaI & I travel Oz for work and this place Tops the list, avoid at all costs, the take away a few shops down does fantastic pizza.

Café in a small shopping centre quite a distance from the beach. Had "Latino eggs" which consisted of 3 nicely cooked poached eggs on toast, a few spinach leaves, the lot then splattered with hollandaise sauce, obviously out of a squeeze bottle. Not very visually appealing but was actually quite tasty. Service was quick & friendly & the coffee was nice. I guess in a laid back town like Agnes one should expect a laid back café.

Relax in the leafy setting of our Garden Cafe and enjoy our delicious menu of fresh meals, desserts, and fresh juices featuring locally sourced ingredients that we lovingly prepare in our kitchen each day. Fresh juices, loose leaf teas and our superior blend of Campos Coffee is available for you to enjoy all day, and you'll always find our dessert cabinet stocked with beautiful home-made cakes, slices, tortes, and pastries. We're sure to have gluten free and dairy free options on hand, and we've been told our vanilla slice is the best on the Discovery Coast! Sunday to Friday we offer a full breakfast menu from 8am to 11am. Our Lunch starts from 11:30am and goes through to 2:30pm. There is a large variety of choices to suit everyone and we are always looking to try something new in one of our daily specials using fresh seasonal produce from the local areas. The quality of our food and meals is of the highest importance to us. From the free range eggs to the large variety of artisan baked breads we aim to always source the best available product for our menus. The Garden Cafe is open Wednesday and Sunday for our famous Spit Lamb Roast (with all the home-made trimmings!) And traditional wood-fired pizzas. These special nights are hugely popular with the locals, so bookings are essential to avoid disappointment. Our Garden Cafe is not licensed so you're welcome to BYO. Our menus change often, so you can keep up to date with what's happening in our kitchen on facebook and instagram
Let’s face it: the dining options in 1770 and Agnes Water are slim and unimpressive. The Getaway Garden Café is the best place we tried, especially for their Wednesday-Sunday lamb roast (excellent!) and pizzas (including gluten-free). We also enjoyed lunch there – excellent Reuben sandwiches (on gluten-free bread). In addition to the delicious food, it is a truly lovely setting, amidst tropical Gardens and next to a small lily pond. Prices were reasonable and service was very good.

We just head to the restaurant/ big cafe for a quick lunch.
There are many meals which you can choose. Unfortunately there are so many that it is a bit difficult to choose the right one.
The food was okay. Nothing special.
The price was average.
The staff was really kind and have us some help for our stay in Agnes water.

I come to shop here when I need a restock of some of my organic, gluten free, grocery items. I'm not a fan of the in house baked food but thats not to say its not delicious, just not my cup of tea.

This place is constantly busy as tours depart from nearby. They have an extensive menu with the homemade content on display. A great range of vege and non-vege items to choose from. We went a couple of burgers. Please note they don’t have a deep fryer so don’t expect hot chips. You get a really nice burger of your choice served on a wooden board. Jobs done. And they do a roaring trade in coffees as well. And there are board games etc to entertain as well.

We went to Agnes Bakery recently to buy a couple of sausages rolls. ........ well.......nice meat and veges but extremely greasy ! There was more pastry too than the filling I might add. The next day we went back to buy some bread rolls......hey extremely fresh bread rolls. But the young girl serving behind the counter wasn't having a good day or didnt like her job. This was Thursday 2nd November at 9.00am. We have been business owners and know the importance of staff being friendly to the customers..........oh so well.
