Ningxiang (simplified Chinese: 宁乡市; traditional Chinese: 寧鄉市; pinyin: Níngxiāng Shì; literally: "peaceful home") is a county-level city and the 2nd most populous county-level division in the Province of Hunan, China; it is under the administration of Changsha Prefecture-level City. the city is bordered to the north by Heshan District of Yiyang and Taojiang County, to the west by Anhua County and Lianyuan City, to the south by Louxing District of Loudi, Xiangxiang City, Shaoshan City and Yuhu District of Xiangtan,to the east by Yuelu and Wangcheng Districts. Located in the central east of Hunan Province, Ningxiang covers 2,906 km (1,122 sq mi) with a registered population of 1,393,528 and a resident population of 1,218,400 (as of 2014). The city has 4 subdistricts, 21 towns and 4 townships under its jurisdiction, the county seat is Yutan Subdistrict (玉潭街道).

因为有亲戚在炭河附近的黄材镇工作，看亲戚之余顺便来玩玩，来了以后感觉很震撼，科技感满满的，尤其是炭河千古情，姬发和宁妃的爱情故事，看得我眼泪都流出来了。

They charged westerners in our group for about 11x the local price.
When i learned about it, i can't say i was in a good mood but i still tryed to enjoy the visit... until the woman in the first temple whined because we didn't put any money in her urn. She told us in local language we were "Skinflint".
I can't believe i got scamed and then called this way, i never felt so much offensed when visiting a place!
Anyway this temple is kind of fake as it was greatly destroyed by japaneses during the war and got rebuild. Furthermore, there is nothing enjoying except maybe climbing to the top of the hill where it's located.
People living around there are friendly and warm but i advise you to never visit this fake temple.

An absolute marvel set in a grand park that overlooks a lake. The bronze statue starts the historical tour and introduced me to the first vice chairperson and the second chairperson of the Communist Party. At the end of a walk way you'll find a small museum introducing his life in the communist party. A further brisk walk took me to Lui Shaoqi's house and I was amazed at the historical prowess of the dwelling.
This park is excellent for the family. There are clean ammenities and trash cans dotted along the park.

湖南长沙宁乡市，取“乡土安宁”之意，是已故国家主席刘少奇的故乡。宁乡炭河里遗址位于湖南长沙宁乡黄材镇寨子村塅溪与沩水交汇的台地上，四羊方尊、人面纹鼎、象纹大铜铙等1500多件青铜器皆在宁乡出土，这里被誉为“南中国青铜文化中心”。1959年出土的“大禾人面方鼎”，专家认为出土地曾是殷商王朝后期的一个方国，即“大禾方国”。宁乡其悠久的历史上溯商周下承秦汉，自古就是一处人杰地灵、钟灵毓秀的风水福地;宁乡还是中国礼乐文化的中心，其周文化基因世代传承，影响至今。
炭河里遗址上面建立了炭河博物馆，每天闭馆时间为下午四点。博物馆对面就是宋城炭河古城，于今年7月3日正式开业。大型歌舞《炭河千古情》是"世界三大名秀"之一的宋城表演秀最新出品的璀璨杰作，也是炭河古城的灵魂，“给我一天，还你千年”一生必看的演出千万不能错过。

Het Linshanpark is zeer de moeite waard om te bezoeken.
Hou er rekening mee dat het 880 traptreden zijn naar de grote Budha.
Er zijn mogelijkheden om shows te bezoeken die appart betaald dienen te worden.

It's excellent place bringing us to In depth of sound of water flows continue. Different shops located before entering to fall premise display a culture of Meghalaya

On way we stopped at The Huitang Hot Spring one of the most upcoming tourist spot which is located at the southwest of Ningxiang County, Hunan Province. It is one of our country's three big famous high temperatures compound hot Springs. Huitang Hotspring in Ningxiang County has a history of 2000 years. The water is transparent and clear and the spring water temperature reaches as high as 89.5 degree centigrade and has 29 types of minerals that are beneficial to the human body. It has always been regarded as "natural medical hot spring". Also is the Hot Spring Herbal Center at Hui Tang Down Town which focus on acupressure theories a must visit for all.
In the evening a nice foot massage at Yeahcome Massage Center made us forget whole day tiredness.
