Amoray Diving is an established scuba diving service located in beautiful Sodwana Bay, South Africa. We are always glad to see old faces and new, and would love to personally share with you the spectacular world beneath the waves.
We went for two enjoyable dives with Amoray, but would have felt better with more attention of the dive master towards safety and buddy checks and checking on the entire group during the dive. It seems we were lucky that we were only 6 and 3 divers to one dive master, the day before they had 11 divers to one - as we prefer smaller groups in which we also have the chance to be close to the dive master who sees a lot more with his experience then we do (and we would also be willing to pay for this) we would possibly ask for this set-up in the future.
Other than that we went into a very exciting cave, saw dolphins, whales and flying fish on our way to the dive site - so diving in Sodwana can definitely be recommended!

Spent a week diving with these guys and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a personal yet professional dive experience in Sodwana. Safety conscious and thorough, something I was very pleased about seeing as my two sons were doing their Open Water qualification. I've dived here before and can't see myself going anywhere else in Sodwana. Thanks for a great experience!

We are a professional, friendly, owner-run dive company that has been operating in Sodwana Bay for nearly 2 decades. Our emphasis is on fun and enjoyment whilst the strictest safety standards are adhered to. We offer everything from Snorkelling to Scuba Diving, Dive Courses, Handicapped Diving, Surf Safaris, Team Building and Internship Programmes.
My girlfriend and myself have been diving for many years now.
We have Been diving with all the big dive operator's in Sodwana (coral divers, the Lodge, amoral and so on)
In my honest opinion Da Blue Juice gives you something the others just can't give you.
Maybe it's because your more than just $ to them.
They really go out of there way and you kinda feel like part of there family.
The diving is always amazing!!
The reason behind that is probably because unlike all the big operators who go through Dive Masters who spend only a few months at this location.
Da Blue Juice has Dive Masters that have been living in Sodwana for years.
Clayton is one of a few Dive Masters in Sodwana who knows the place like the back of his hand and has been living in Sodwana a very long long time.
So if you want to dive and see everything and not be lead around by young inexperienced Dive Masters then Da Blue Juice Is for you.
Trust me pick them over the rest you won't be disappointed.

Louis and Mel run a really good charter. Louis is an excellent divemaster, knowledgeable about all things Sodwana (fish life, reefs, weather, etc.) Diving with him is like going with a tour guide - he points out the things you would ordinarily miss. Mel is super-organised, friendly and helpful. Their beach team and skipper are superb. Ben on the beach seems to know exactly who owns what kit and can help you locate it in seconds. Charlie the skipper is very helpful on the boat and especially great with new or nervous divers. We have been with new and experienced divers to Pisces and this team is great in dealing with any level of diver - they help newbies where and when needed and are excellent at making you feel comfortable.

Reefteach has been a dive charter in Sodwana Bay since 2000. Our main focus is marine education for all divers and customer service. We have the biggest boats in Sodwana Bay and our skippers have been with us for over 15 years. We have unlimited dive times (except on long-weekends when divetime is limited to 60 minutes). All our instructors and divemaster have an intimate knowledge of the fishes as well as other marine life. All of our dives have full marine briefings before the dive with a library of books on the beach to look for whatever you saw on your dive. We transport your dive gear to and from the beach and wash it and hang it up overnight to dry.
There are other reviews out there, so we thought we'd focus on a North American point of view. Most important is that the diving at Sodwana is really really great. Better than the Caribbean or Hawaii. It is expensive to fly to South Africa, but outside of school holidays, prices drop and Sodwana is only 200 miles away from the big game parks. So go.
Reef Teach was recommended to us by someone from Cape Town, and we liked them. The accommodations were very nice, with en suite bathrooms and well equipped kitchens. We also liked the diving. Two warnings: First, one has to drive into the park every day, paying park entry fees, which is a hassle, and second, the diving is off zodiacs, which launch from the beach. omg. Once in the water, we had a great diving instructor, and good loaner equipment. The dives were great. Everything is set up for you in advance by staff, equipment washed, etc. Very nice, so go and have fun.

We here at Offroad Adventures do guided tours on 4 wheeler quad bikes and 4X4 UTV (Rhinos) with our clients, allowing them the time to enjoy their sorroundings rather just a quick quad trip "there and back" . Our guide, Johnny Pretorius, has allot of local knowledge about the area and we offer people the opportunity to experience a part of Sodwana that they would not be able to without a quad bike or 4X4, and learn about things they would not be able to without the help of a knowledgeable local. Part of your tour is that JP will explain a little about the area that you are driving through, stop to show you interesting fauna or flora, let you taste the monkey apples, show you the weaver ants nests, offer lots of photo ops and so forth. We offer three different tours. a 1 hour tour, 2 hour tour and a +- 55KM round trip to the beautiful Lake Sibaya. Our Sibaya trip is a 3-4 hour trip that takes you through the pine Forests and local dirt roads to Lake Sibaya, we also offer a 'boat lunch' that we get from The Ma Shop at an extra R60.00 pp, that you will eat in a nice, pretty, shady spot. The trip back is riding through the natural forest, ducking under tunnels of branches and undergrowth that have been made in the natural plant growth and then back through 'Tolle se Gat'. We also have a 1 or 2 hour tour that will take you through the pine Forests and back past the natural bush, also home through 'Tolle se Gat'. They are both very similar just more to see and a longer tour (obviously) on the 2 hour tour.
Owners Johnny & Kim are very friendly and attentive. Having lived in Sodwana all his life, Johnny is particularly knowledgeable about the whole area and has an absolute passion for the ecosystem of lake Sibaya which is a MUST SEE! His knowledge of the local flora and fauna is also vast and we made several stops along the route where he pointed out numerous edible fruit bearing plants although not all tasted that great (especially the "Monkey" fruit). A basic safety and instruction course is given to all riders prior to departure to ensure that everyone has a basic understanding of the operation of his quad bikes.
Really recommend the 3-4 hour ride out to lake Sibaya - STUNNING!
Thanks to both Johnny and Kim for a great day!

We are a recognised scuba diving and snorkelling operator also offering Scuba Diving courses for beginners plus refresher courses. Our emphasis is on safety coupled with enjoyment. Accommodation at our Toad Tree Cabins is available and ranges from wooden en-suite cabins to fully equipped, self catering cottages. We also have a shared entertainment area with braai facilities and a splash pool.
Thanks for a great experience out in the ocean. The kids and myself absolutely enjoyed the experience.
Affordable rates. I would recommend putting some signage up at your beach spot gazebo. We walked 5km in that boiling hot sand trying to you guys.
Also stayed at the venue which was cute. The toilet outside was actually a nice bush experience. We didn't have a blanket on the bed and it did get quite chilly early hours of the morning so not sure if you have to take your own.
Janis was very accommodating as it was a last minute booking
