This is an impressive structure and in fact the whole reason while the town Volzhsky even exists. However there is really not much more to do than drive over the long dam bridge. Not really an attraction in itself though if in the region you should absolutely see it.

Парк моего детства!!! Как давно это было))) Как мне тогда казалось, деревья там ну очень большие)) Карусели, фонтан, "сюрприз"- то, что мы любили в детстве. Но, к сожалению, давно не посещала парк, так как живу теперь далеко)))

If you spend any time in Volzhsky you will probably hear about The Volga Mall. And indeed it's a very pleasant place to spend some time particularly in bad or cold weather. It has a very large supermarket, the best sports shop in town, a good bookshop, and electronics shop and a lot of smaller shops, plus a cinema. I you are bored and need some civilized place to hang out, this is it.

If you are in Volzhsky you will inevitably pass Lenin Square, and probably several times. But you might not go for a walk in the park behind, which would be a shame. Particularly if you have small children as there is what must be one of the nicest children playground in the region. Plus the park is generally very well kept and at the end has nice views across the Volga river towards Volgograd.

Посетили аквапарк в конце сезона. В сентябре.несмотря на это вода в уличных басейнах была теплая.горки отличные как для детей так и для взрослых.но очень скользко !!!резинового покрытия нет нигде!везде бетонные полы разбиться не составит труда!в целом нам понравилось.в закрытом аквапарке очень тепло и также множество горок.
