There is something for everyone, we look forward to seeing you soon.
We went to the museum with a volunteer firefighter from Europe who was fascinated to see all aspects of the history of firefighting in NSW, both volunteer and paid brigades were represented, with lovingly restored trucks and equipment as well as static and audio displays. An education centre is also incorporated with the museum. Well done to all the volunteers involved in setting up this facility.

Set your adrenaline pumping on our amazing array of free falls, zip lines, vertical climbs and high rope challenges. Climb to the top of our towering signature tree, feel exhilarated as you soar through the air or take a daring leap of faith from the free fall platform – almost 8 stories high! With a good vibe and exciting atmosphere.
I went there with my husband and 11-year old twins. We've done these aerial adventures before (the one at Taronga Zoo is FANTASTIC). We've also been zip-lining and to various climbing wall centres. So we thought that we'd challenge ourselves with this activity. The first minus for me was that there were no helmets. I thought that this was kind of strange and If I'd had the option to wear one, what happened later wouldn't have been so bad. The next minus was that it took time to get both of the clickers to latch on correctly. It wasn't just me but the whole family who had to spend quite a bit of time before and after each and every obstacle trying to ensure that both of the clickers locked in place. This became frustrating and definitely detracted from the enjoyment of the course. The last and biggest minus was when I was crossing the monkey bars and found that after navigating numerous obstacles, I didn't have the strength in my arms to get all the way across. So, I decided to let go as my harness would hold me and then I could pull myself across using the black rope below. When I let go it was a bit of a drop and then I felt something hard slam into the top of my head and warm liquid running down my face, which I soon realised was blood. A person nearby shouted to me that one of the two ropes holding me had come off. The hard thing that I'd felt slamming into my head was the metal clicker on the end of that rope. I felt pretty freaked out only hanging by one of the two ropes and worried that if the other rope failed, that I could fall to the ground and be seriously injured. I pulled myself across to the platform and hung onto the edge of it. There is so much slack on the harness that if you do let go and pull yourself across, most of your body is below the platform and you would need assistance to be pulled up onto it. At least that was the case on that particular obstacle...how stupid! It seemed like it took forever for the attendant to come over to where I was, realise that I was hurt, run back to the kiosk for a first aid kit, traverse several obstacles and then pull me up onto the platform. He looked at the wound on my head and then gave me a tiny little alcohol wipe to wipe the blood off my face. After that, he asked if I could make it back across a number of obstacles, which I said I could. I just wanted to get down from there as quickly as possible at that stage. The attendant was kind enough, but he seemed a little out of his depth in dealing with the incident. Afterwards when I received an automated feedback email from Skypeak Adventures, I wrote a very long and detailed account of our visit and I never received a response. I think that Skypeak should have helmets, just like Taronga Zoo's Wild Ropes does. I think that the clicker system that Skypeak has is cumbersome and unsafe and that the course design is not as user friendly as it could be. I would definitely not recommend this Skypeak Adventures.

This isn’t a wildlife park, it’s a zoo, with nearly all of the animals kept in cages and pens. I just wanted to leave as soon as possible and was quite distressed by the experience.

I'd never tasted as good an Iced Chocolate Drink before as the one made by the equally delicious bubbly Megan. Simply Brilliant. The range of chocolate goodies was also excellent as we tried some in the store, and then purchased a large variety of the goods, primarily to take back to the UK. A great experience, Well Done Megan and the friendly, helpful team.
Due to the fact that we have eaten nearly all the chocolate goodies that were bound for the UK, we had to pop in again to get some replenished - they're just sooo good.
I had another Iced Chocolate Drink, again made by the fair hands of the ever smiling Megan - simply heaven....... Quality control for this product is consistently high.
Nothing else to say apart from add this to your 'Bucket List' and "Experience Chocolate Heaven"

We came here rafting and I had more fun that I did rafting down a real river in the Austrian Tyrol. There is pleanty of excitement and great for team building. The instructiors were very helpful and ensured everyone understood all the rules. We also had young children and family who came to watch, there was pleanty of shade and a cafe to sit at.

The Blue Mountains National Park is one of the fantastic parks on the outskirts of Sydney. An easy drive up the M4 motorway or a train ride on the Western Line to Glenbrook the park provides a relaxing escape from the pace of Sydney. A number of bush walks are available and on a good weather day its the perfect place for a family picnic.
