...not high enough for Surfing though.
Beach is cleaner than many in Thailand but could be cleaner as well.
Very scenic for photo hunters „sunrising“.
The whole strip of resorts, shops and restaurants is a bit aged and seems to aim for Thai and Malaysian visitors although long long term foreigners where spotted.
Infrastructure in general is a bit poor.

Beautiful Islands about an hour from Chumphon. Entirely rock with no beach.
You'll most likely be there for scuba diving or snorkelling. The scuba diving is decent, corals were plain but there was a shipwreck to explore, an abundance of fish, and visibility was good on the day I went.
Ngam Yai is epic, like a scene from Game of Thrones. Ngam Noi itself it quite nice. Perfect scenery to relax between dives.

A mix of both privately owned houses and apartments set on one of Thailand's most idyllic Beaches. A place far removed from the mass tourism of Bangkok and Phuket. Blending in beautifully with the natural surroundings, the development will consist of 3 three story apartment buildings along with 30 bespoke detached homes. With a firm commitment in keeping the project green, vast areas of the landscape will remain untouched. Therefore both residents and visitors alike can enjoy both the large expansion of vegetation and stunning white sandy beach, as nature intended. All restaurants, pools, and other facilities will be cleverly integrated into the existing environment, thus producing one of the most stylish and desirable complexes in the whole of Thailand.
A quiet, small, clean beach with stunning scenery, the only complaint I had was the water has lots of small plant matter floating about which ruined my swimming, water visibility was about 1 metre. There are no restaurants, but there is a small resort. Located...MoreThe plants and visibility is a seasonal thing. Sometimes also after heavy rain some plants will float up from the sea ground. Other times it is some of the clearest water you can find in Thailand.

Это довольно большой комплекс развлечений.Лично мы пользовались прогулками на байдарках, посещением различных пещер и храмовых комплексов.Видели крайне редких видов обезьян.И везде все экскурсии были крайне интересно все проведены.

Located just 5 minutes from Chumphon Airport the new Lomprayah Pier at Cape Pathiu, Chumko, Chumphon is nearing completion with direct high speed catamaran service to Ko Tao and onto Ko Phangan and Ko Samui. Travel time from Bangkok by bus will be reduced by over an hour plus the direct connection to the airport and flights by NOK Air.
Located next to a fishing villiage the pier has view of Ko Khai island and the rice terraces at Cape Pathiu.

With 10 Kilometres of untouched beach, Bangson Bay has one luxury hotel, Sara Resort plus bungalows and several fishing villages. 3Km from Pathiu's Chumphon Airport.
Twice daily flights from Bangkok on Nok Air with local transit available from Fame Tours at the airport.
Typically you will have most of the beach to yourself for long walks at dawn or dusk. At the end of the bay is Khao Dinsor, 2 Mountains which have Lookouts for viewing the Hawk migration in October each year. The north end of the bay has a seafood restaurant on the pier with spectacular sunsets in the evening.

Wat Kaew Pra Seart , totalmente desconocido por los turistas occidentales , pero invito a que si esta en ruta por esta zona , apersonarse al lugar , merece una elevada puntuacion , noes de dimenciones grandes , pero su situacion unas prespectivas

The bay is approximately 5km long with wide sandy Beaches. The bay has a number of small resorts and seafood restaurants with views of Ko Khai island. You can rent a fishing boat and snorkelling gear to travel to the island. The bay is generally quiet with a good distance between each resort. Located about 3km from the airport it also has luxury accomodation at the nearby Sara Boutique Hotel.

we too k the ferry from Koh Tao to Koh Phanang, tickets booked in advance, so boarded before the rush.
Catamaran was full with a real mixture of humanity, backpackers , locals and Tourists.
Seat comfy, ride was a bit rough, and a few people were seasick , its best to take something before you go, if you think you will be affected.
We were both fine.
Arrived on time cases unloaded and on our way in 30 mins
