The Prosecco of Cima del Pomer is a wine with a pleasant freshness, featuring a straw yellow colour and acacia flower aroma, accompanied by a taste of apples and pears and a fine and persistent perlage of tiny regular bubbles. It’s a wine that can accompany any meal, finger food and starters as well as first courses and delicate fish dishes. During our wine tasting events, in our winery show room located in Montebelluna where the family house is, our prosecco is offered with local cured meats and cheeses. The line includes: “CATERINA” Prosecco Asolo Docg extra dry, “MARCO” Prosecco Valdobbiadene Docg extra dry, “CLARA” Prosecco Valdobbiadene Docg brut, “MELUSINA” Prosecco Valdobbiadene Docg dry, Prosecco DOC Treviso in the extra dry and brut version. Cima del Pomer is also proud to produce a Sparkling Wine with yeasts, “FONDANTE”, commonly known as Sur Lie, made following the ancestral method (refermentation does take place directly inside the bottle, where the wine continues its natural fermentation), a technique used since the late 1800s.
Wine tasting in beautiful historic villa with friendly and knowledgable guide. Some delicious food to accompany four great examples of local prosecco. Excellent value for money and a wonderful experience. Definitely recommended.

Much more interesting than I'd expected a small provincial museum to be. A real effort has been made to make the most of the exhibits in an educational way. Very friendly and approachable staff.
