I'd driven past the Kelpies on the adjacent M9 many times but never stopped in so on a return journey from St Andrews we decided to have a look round. I was expecting to spend 10mins but we ended up walking round for a couple of hours and could have stayed longer. The sculptures are amazing and there is a nice visitor centre with interesting exhibits and a restaurant as well as a couple of snack bars round the water feature.

**HIGHLY RECOMMEND**
I cannot fault my experience with Xtreme Karting at all. Organising the event was very easy, the events team worked around my worklife to assist arranging our event. The facilities are incredible, the staff are friendly and professional and my group of 14 thoroughly enjoyed themselves! So much so that everyone wanted to cone back before we even left

For 6 centuries, through wars, rebellions and the industrial revolution, Callendar House has played host to many great historical figures: Mary, Queen of Scots, Cromwell and Bonnie Prince Charlie.Costumed interpreters bring history to life: sample authentic Georgian food, listen to stories about life below stairs, and watch the kitchen staff go about their daily tasks. Wed-Sun: 10am-5pm Closed Tuesday
Great tourist experience offering a insight into the history of the house and local area, also setting for iconic scenes from Outlander. Surrounded by lovely park that is ideal for walking cycling and dog walking, all free to use, would definitely recommend

Having spent my childhood around here many moons ago I thought I should take my granddaughter to show her where I was born and all the walks I used to explore (all modernised and marked out now). Lots of great walks for everyone to enjoy and the animal farm is a must visit for some hands on, well worth a visit.

Save up your pennies and hire the Pineapple holiday let from the Landmark Trust. As with all their properties it's the best way to soak up the atmosphere of wonderful building such as this. It is thought that Italian craftsmen/ masons created the incredible dome, each leaf being carefully placed to conduct rainwater down to the next lead axil below. There's a steady stream of visitors and some will find their way to the 'private' side of the building such is everyone's curiosity for this fantastic place. At this time of year huge skeins of Canada geese fly over in the morning - very atmospheric.

Opened in the late 1960s, FTH (Falkirk Town Hall) quickly established itself as a focal point for the extended community in and around Falkirk, and as one of Central Scotland’s busiest and most popular entertainment venues. We offer a diverse and dynamic programme of national and international music, drama, dance, and cinema for all ages.
Used the town hall for many conventions over the years ,superb size well maintained ,clean toilets ,very near shops to have a stroll round ,Good size for weddings etc ,and many a good show or panto has been shown there.
