This is yet another site which I am amazed that you do not yet have a listing for!!!! It is a 10th c. Byzantine Monastery with the "remains" of "Holy Luke"., a great healer of the 10th c. which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and etc., etc. When you list it on your site, I will write a review of a visit here (which was astounding!!)
Absolutely beautiful monastery complex, definitely worth visiting if you are in the Delphi/Arachova area! The parking lot is tiny though, and fills up with tour busses. I would recommend getting there first thing in the morning if you can, the day we visited there were two busses there by 10:30, and that was going to make it less tranquil.

The newly-rebuilt museum is a real gem, and the star attraction of this rather dreary modern town with a long and fascinating history. Little remains of the Mycenaean palace but the museum displays jewellery and other exquisite objects revealing the sophistication of the bronze-age rulers. Each successive period is represented by interesting and well-displayed pieces, well explained in informative labels.

We were staying in Arachova and had a few hours to fill. Our hotel suggested taking a drive to the monastery to see something different. It's a beautiful drive through the countryside to get to the monastery.
When we arrived, the ticket office was closed (it was the week before Easter, so schedules were different) but we walked around and discovered that there was a mass going on. We stood in the back to watch the service and it was such a wonderful opportunity to see a Greek Orthodox mass. When the mass ended, we enjoyed coffee and tea in the courtyard. Overall, it was a nice visit and I enjoyed seeing something different from the other sites in Greece.

This is a great place, the small Waterfalls, the trees, the Mountains, everything is great and the exciting is that you can see all those almost inside the city! Great place to visit, even for a stop during a longer trip.

This cave is not the easiest to find. Ask your hotelier for directions. Or ask any local you meet.
The road up the mountain is narrow, rocky, and steep. It was definitely intimidating. We had an automatic Nissan Micra for the trip and it made it up without any problems, but be advised that if you aren't used to drives like this you might want to hike up instead. Once you get to the end of the road (which in case you're wondering, has plenty of space to turn around for the drive back down), it's a tiny little hike to the entrance of the cave. At first glance, the cave looks small. But once you enter its true size becomes apparent. The cave is huge! You'll want to pack a flash light and maybe a sweater because it's also quite chilly. The cave is a wonder to behold. The history of the cave is sacred and magical - read up on it before you go to have a better appreciation of its isolation.
Remember that the cave is a wild cave - there are no restrooms and there probably won't be any other people there when you go!

This is an ancient and huge Mycenaean settlement dating to around 1400BC. Its purpose and even its name (Gla, Glas and Palaeokastro are all relatively modern inventions) are unknown so for the moment you are free to make up your own theory. There is some slightly sluggish research proceeding at the moment which seems to point to a rather intriguing answer.
It is not stunningly spectacular except in your imagination as all that is identifiably left are long sections of ruined walls but they enclose a vast area and offer a vantage point to enjoy the landscape. A moderate amount of rough walking and climbing are necessary to take advantage.
I would suggest making a noise as you explore, especially in early summer, as there are snakes in this part of Greece, some of whom may be poisonous. Unless you are an expert, it seems to be reasonable to take precautions. It may be better because of this not to take young children onto the site.
