The first Adventure Park in Italy built INSIDE a Canyon and above a river in a magnificent and pristine environment. The Park features zip lines long more than 100 mts and several acrobatic games always secured with the innovative Continuous Life Line System. The access is in groups accompanied by a Canyon Park Guide. Thrill and emotions ... The route is for passengers above 10 years and 140 cm tall.
You need to be fit and strong for this and not for the faint hearted, but it is a fabulous experience. Far better than anything we have been on in U.K. My 10 year old loved it. Hubby and son even went back again another...MoreAilsa I believe the only appropriate reply to this review is the following: "WOW" !!!!!! Nothing to add besides a huge thank you . Hope to see you all again

We did a 2 hour soft-rafting morning with our kids and friends and the children loved it so much, we did it again the next week. Really nice professional outfit and they offer a range of activities for the brave, braver and the not so brave. Ours consisted of an easy paddle up river and then a walk over boulders etc and jumping off high rocks into the water. A delightful way to spend the morning followed by a hearty lunch and icecream. Doesn't get better than this.

The guys working here are brilliant. So friendly and fun! Really made the day great for us.
We were 3 english speakers, and the other 5 in the group were Italian. Our guides Giuseppe and Alessandro made sure to accommodate everyone especially as we were going through the safety briefing.
We got kitted out with wetsuits, life jackets etc. Got shown the safety stuff with the boats on land. Then off we went!
The water is beautiful, as are the surroundings. We stopped a couple of times as we went. One for photo opportunity, followed by getting into the water and going down a waterfall like it's a water slide. :) And once more so the brave could climb up a ledge and jump into the river! It's very high. Only myself and 2 of the Italians were able to manage. It's scary, but worth it!
As for facilities, there is wooden hut or shed to change inside. There are no toilets, but Giuseppe very kindly drove us up the hill to the restaurant before we began. Luckily we were there a bit early.
The equipment all looks to be in good condition etc.
Overall we couldn't be happier. Was a fantastic day. (Even though the other 2 members of my group fell in the water a few times! haha!)

Experience the fun and excitement of off road driving with LUCCAQUAD guided treks... the unforgettable quad bike experience in some of the most stunning countryside Tuscany has to offer.
The guide is rude, very slow (never driven faster than 30km/h) and for 160€ I expected a little bit more fun! Half of the path is on the street. It doesn't worth the money.

After a winding adventure on the narrow asphalt route towards Lucchio Alto we were fully rewarded. Lucchio Alto is the second smallest village in Italy and its aprox. 80 inhabitants which is literally suspended on the rocky hill beneath Rocca fortress. Rocca needs immediate support for conservation since the walls are falling apart. The view from Rocca is breathtaking so a little effort to climb towards the fortress will be well rewarded. Ask locals if you'll get lost on the narrow streets of Lucchio Alto. Parking place is right before the villages or along the asphalt route toward the village. One hour would suffice to discover both the village and Rocca di Lucchio fortress.

This bridge arises when you pass through Forloni. It is old and imposing with big arches and cables. The walking board is old and needs restoration as it bends when walking across. There is not much else to do in town so nice to check out but you're done in 5-10 mins max!

Right. We didn't actually use this company. We had already booked with another.
But when we arrived off the train at Bagni di Lucca and we stared desperately at the bus timetable trying to decipher it we bumped into 3 lovely people from Aguaraja!
Obviously feeling sorry for the lost tourists without a car, they gave us a lift directly to the site we needed to get to. (With one quick stop so we could buy them coffee as a thank you!)
Thank you again. If we're back in Italy we will definitely be along to Aguaraja. :)

This lovely little ranch in the Mountains in tuscany is the perfect location for a trail ride. The guide was friendly and although there was a language barrier meaning we didn't talk much I had a wonderful time. It was great value for money I ended up on a private trail ride for an hour and it was only 25 euros which is definitely less than you'd pay in the UK although I'm not sure what the prices are like elsewhere in the same area. They were willing to cater for all abilities of riding and I would definitely recommend it, if I am in the area in the future I will be visiting again.

Built in 1825 by the architect Giacomo Marracci this was indeed designed and reminiscent of the Pantheon in Rome with Corinthian arches. I actually visited it inside several years ago it seems to me that it is not often open to the public, this chapel belongs to the Demidoff family, their villa with the famous Gianbologna statue in the Gardens can be visited mainly In the summer months. There are very many very interesting Exhibitions held there too.
