We were 4 persons and take 2 rooms 211,212. Hotel rooms are spacious and clean. May be this hotel is new. Service is very very bad. There's no drinking water provided in both rooms after telling at least 10 times they have provided water. No tissue paper in toilets after enquiry to the counter came to know that there is no such policy to keep tissue papers in toilet. Morning tea was not ready till 8 am in the Restaurant. Frequent power cut observed in the night although generator is there but it is disturbing to customers. No hot water in one of the rooms.
Hotel management and owner should take care on services and it' improvement

The food joint is nothing to talk about much, It can be ignored. We just wanted to have tea at some tapri type stall in the slight chilly morning but the tea was also very disappointing, complete sugar syrup. And the cost added fuel to fire. Not recommended at all.

Had a business mtg here and it's just right in every way. Location is prime ,very close to the station. Place is big and spacious. U can have large groups as well comfortably.
Food quality and taste of very good. We had north Indian food.
Price is a bit high by Surat standards but it's commensurate with the place and service. Around 400 bucks per head.
Overall a great restaurant for any occasion.

Hotel Lake View, Saputara, A Finnest multi cuisine restaurant in Saputara One and Only multi cuisine restaurant at Saputara Timming 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM
This ia easily the best restaurant of Saputara serving all kinds of quality meals be it breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner. It serves all types of veg food like indian, continental, kids menus, south Indian etc. All the dishes were too yummy. Being a predominant non veg eater, even i enjoyed the veg dishes over here.
The location also compliments to ambience of hotel

If you want to have a good Gujrati thali in Saputara then this is the place. Nice place for family, the thali has usualy Gujrati items like 3 farsans, 7 dals and vegetables, papad, chapatis, rice, sweet, salad, chaas etc. The taste was also nice.
One thing which was missing was that in Mumbai usually for rice dishes they serve rice, pulao and khichdi but they only served plain rice. Also in sweets they had only moong dal halwa but usually Gujrati thalis have 2-3 varieties of sweets but I think overall it is good for 280 bucks per person (all inclusive). Please remember that they only serve thalis during lunch (dont know about other times).
