The food is delicious and affordable. Service is fast and good. They serve different fish casseroles (2 persons minimum). It's a big portion served in a casserole you help yourself from. The selection of other fish plates is also extensive. The view to the sea is amazing. A lovely spot to observe the sunset. I have not tried their meat dishes, but they're probably awesome too.
I totally recommend this place.

Lovely little coffee bar, beautiful sunsets. We have Djs every Saturday. Located in Estreito da Calheta, next to the church. Cheap drinks, nice wine selection.
We were in a hotel close to the cafe and enjoyed every evening the sun. The cafe offers thuna Sandwich which were the best I tried in Madeira (-compared with 4 other). Coffee and beer was fine as well

Delicious Local Food!!! That's authentic & well priced in a rustic environment. A definite favorite amongst the locals. The restaurant is situated in Paul Do Mar which has always been know as one of the top fishermen villages in Madeira, which is why the fish was so fresh & tasty.
The service was a bit slow but when the food came it was quickly forgotten

What a superb little restaurant! Doesn't look like much but the food is excellent!! Good selection and the owners are very pleasant. Had prawns, garlic bread, chips and a Prego roll. Portions were huge and more than enough for the 4 of us. Will definitely go again! Great spot down near the harbour area. Well worth a visit!!

This place is a great local bar on the coast side, they offer even a food, but we only took a coffees and cakes.
Bartender was very nice. Very cheap place too, we payed 2,80euro for a two expresso and muffin and pastel dear nata.
Visit if you are around! :)
