Enjoy sushi, sashimi or our asian inspired grill. Try our family brewed japanese beer or enjoy a sake cocktail in our lounge. We are not a traditional japanese cuisine - our concept is East West, east meets west. We use only organic sustainable ingredients and the keywords we work by are friendly service and good quality food.
After we placed our order, it took around 40 minutes for the waiter to recognize that the food was late. She offered us complimentary miso soup, which is already free in almost every sushi place in Sweden. Near the 1hr mark, we received our orders. Caesar had a different take but it wasn't good. The sushi was average. Consider that after waiting an hour after you're hungry pretty much everything tastes good. If it's crowded you can understand the order to be late, but having been only the third table there, I have no idea how they managed to take an hour.

Bishop's Arms is a welcoming local pub (even though it is a part of a pub chain), an easy place to meet people, hang out and have a drink and a bite. Very centrally located opposite the Örebro Castle, and popular among different age groups, locals and tourists alike. Great selection of beer from close and far - try the local Örebro bitter! Traditional pub food of good quality, some vegetarian options as well, also local "husmanskost". Try the potato pancake raggmunk, for example. Outdoor tables in the warm time of the year with a view to the river and the Castle.

At Stallbacken's little piazza awaits a slice of Tuscany. Here you'll find Italian cuisine from the higher echelons, where food and drink are given the same care and attention. A Mano provides its patrons with locally produced, organic produce and wines of the highest quality. Fresh zander direct from Hjälmaren, locally picked mushrooms and oils from Julita are just a few examples. A Mano also happens to have one of Sweden's largest Italian wine cellars.
We came here to eat one night while staying in Orebro (9:30 pm). We had a reservation but it didn't seem necessary. The restaurant is located in a patio with others near the Orebro castle and a bit out of the way.
We were greeted warmly and while it took a bit of time to get our food and wine orders in, the short wait was well worth it.
We had the salad caprese (one of the best salads I've ever tasted with a wonderful mixture of tastes and textures and the summer greens (again quite good). Then the main courses; baked haddock (very good but nothing exquisite and the risotto burger. THAT was special. Finally the deserts; these again had an exquisite mixture of tastes and textures.
Wine list long and the one we had was good but nothing special. Suspect we should have asked for recommendations.
Bit pricy but worth every krona. GO!

Situatred in the middle of the town , nice backyard area sheared with three other restuarants. Offers a flavor packed menu (not to large) Lokal and domestic products. Fresh, innovative and yet a Swedish touch.
Good but somewhat slow service and some of the tables and chairs not properly cleaned.

We read on tripadvisor that this was the first restaurant of the city and we cannot but confirm.
Take Menu 1 for 2 people: 10 cold courses, with great hummus and other phantastic sauces of egglplant, joghurt and typical specialties, and further 10 warm courses, with lamb, chicken, beef fried but also sausages and also vegetables. I was not able to finish my part..
You spend about 40€ each, with beer or cider ( do not take wine in Scandinavia: it's obviously imported, expensive, whule beer is local and very good)

We just popped in to take a break late. The two girls working were very polite and helpful. My wife and her friend got Bellini's, I got a piece of lemon cake (delish) and my daughter had Chocolate cake (also delish) . The girls liked their drinks as well. The place is located at the Elite hotel and has a small outside sitting area on two sides. I'm pretty sure its known for its pizzas and they did look great but we were too late in the evening.

I went here with my fiancée before we went to watch "Star wars-the force awakens". I ordered the special 18 piece menu and my fiancée got the special 14 piece. The sushi was very good (as good as most I've had in the UK) and the service was excellent. Price was very good at 585 SEK for both platters and a beer & a Coke. I would recommend a visit if you are in or around Örebro.

If you like vegetarian food, this is heaven at lunch time. A rich vegetarian buffet including coffee or tea for about 100 kronor. The food is very tasty, modern, inspiring - and colorful. Don't miss the deli where you can buy local cheese and more. Some nights there are music events and cooking classes.

Probably one of Örebros two best restaurants. Small menu but the dishes was just fantastic. Well tasting, nicely presented and in rather good time (service could be just a little bit quicker). Staff just wonderful, from the moment you open the door until you walk out again, friendly and polite!
