The external and internal decoration of this restaurant induces some curiosity in the good sense as it is nicely decorated (modern style), good illumination, ample space, comfy chairs, ... however, finding a parking place is very tricky... Anyway, food-wise: I expected more... dished are well decorated, the chef is investing time in the image of each dish... very nice, but the most important thing was missing: taste... it was too flat... like hospitals dishes...even the desserts were regular...with fancy decoration... is it the quality of the ingredients? the cooking time? ...

We accepted a colleagues recommendation to try out Le Palme Italian restaurant in Wiesdorf, Leverkusen but were slightly apprehensive as we were two families including a 15 month old little boy. In fact, initial impressions from outside were not too encouraging - the restaurant is not located in the most salubrious part of town. But we were pleasantly surprised that the restaurant was completely full with dedicated diners on a wet & dreary Friday evening in October and the interior was very welcoming and cosy. We occupied one corner of the place with our party of 6 people and settled down to tackle the litre of house chianti and half litre of house Lambrusco as we poured over the menu.
We only ever saw the waiter/owner who was very friendly and tried to meet all our special family needs. Service was a little slow, partly because all the food is cooked freshly which we truly appreciated.
We had a complicated order which included carpaccio, a large platter of thinly sliced parma ham, salad, an excellent rack of lamb with loads of garlic, pizza margharita, a huge fish mixture and creamy noodles. It was all well prepared and delicious.
We left feeling completely satisfied and full to the brim. What a great way to start the weekend! We'll be back!

This is a wonderful Croation restaurant in the heart of Leverkusen and was a wonderful find in this very vibrant city.
We were doing a tour of North Rhine/Westphalia area,we had already been to Cologne,Dusseldorf and Bonn and this was a city we were alway's going to visit.
We had visited a few site's and been to a few bar's and restaurant's when we decided to have a bite to eat.
We popped into this steakhouse and ordered a beer while we checked out the menu.
We opted to have steak, chip's and veg and after a short wait our meal's arrived which was great service as this restaurant was busy.
Our meal's were lovely, the steak was delicious and fell apart on the fork and the chip's that went with it were proper fat chip's ,a proper lovely meal served in a nice restaurant.
The staff in here are super nice and very attentive.
Located in a busy area with some really nice pub's and restaurant's ,you will find this restaurant on FRIEDRICH EBERT STRAßE.

I have only been to Soul Kitchen for lunch so far.
Despite the name asian food is offered. The all-u-can-eat lunch buffet usually consists ot 2 different kinds of soup, a variety of sushi (standard Maki and Nigiri, nothing fancy), assorted cold "small bites" that seem korean (cucumber, salad rolls with beef or salmon, etc.), assorted pickled vegetables (Kimchi, spinach, cucumber, bean sprouts, etc.), a variety of deep fried fodd items (spring rolls, omelett, meat patties, tofu) and some warm dishes (Bulgogi, fried noodles, curry chicken, chicken wings, mixed vegetables) and steamed white rice.
Overall it's tasty, affordable and the choices are decent (once you go there every couple of weeks it gets repetitive).

The unlimited meat option is good for meat lovers! You can also do an unlimited grilled Veg option, but not as great as the meat spread and the meat option. The ambiance is very good and good service too. I liked the desserts as well. There is also a good salad spread, so all in all, there's something for everyone here!

Having consulted TripAdvisor (again) my overseas business guest and I decided to try out the restaurant Zum Claashäuschen one Tuesday evening. Even though I have lived in Leverkusen for many years I have never been here before and I was very favourably impressed.
Having parked in the extensive free car park we walked into the main part of the restaurant and were greeted by a friendly young man who installed us at a table close to the window. He brought over the blackboard displaying the “today’s specials” and took our drinks order. I had a ginger based Prosecco type drink which was suitably refreshing and cool natural mineral water.
For starters I went for the antipasta and my guest chose the salmon on potato “reibkuchen” (fritters or pancakes). Both went down well. For the main course I couldn’t resist the veal liver on a bed of mashed potatoes while my guest decided to try the vegetarian quiche. Again, both dishes were nicely presented and delicious. I ordered a quarter litre of house red Rioja wine with the liver which was a perfect accompaniment.
We passed on a dessert although we both had an espresso and I took a tiny, mini panna cotta on the side. Finally we were offered a digestif to complete the meal – I took an Obstbrand.
Service throughout was quick and efficient. Both young gentlemen who served us made us feel very welcome and I know that I’ll be back again soon.

I went to some Korean bbq in Hong Kong also owned by Koreans but this one was way better than my previous experiences. The service is friendly and takes care. Buffet is medium sized but offers quality. The meat and fishes were fresh and not too greasy. Despite that our clothes smelled like a grill when going out of the restaurant, I really enjoyed the experience.

Father, son and trusty dog stopped off at the Don Camillo on our early evening walk for an ad hoc dinner together. We found ourselves a table outside on the small patio and were warmly welcomed with a Kölsch and Malzbeer. I ordered a simple rump steak with no sauce but with a baked potato as the only accompaniment. It was beautifully cooked & quite frankly, delicious. My son went for the kids portion of bratwürst & chips which he wolfed down - this is a testament to a very good kitchen! The only compliant was the hole in my beer glass - although I admit that I was rather thirsty, it was a hot evening and the Kölsch was also just right.
I'm left wondering why it has taken us so long to discover this place. But now, once tried, we won't be shy in returning... soon.

The restaurant is not located in the most charming part of Leverkusen and it does not look very appealing from the outside, but the Mille Lire is definitely worth a try. The pizza I had was really good and I paid less than 10€ for the pizza and two drinks.
