As a starter we enjoyed calamari fritti which was severed with a nice tarter sauce. Gnocchi very light with a delicious four cheese sauce. My husband enjoyed his spinach cannelloni with cream sauce. Dinner was served with a nice toasted bread and a fresh pita with balsamic and olive oil for dipping. We also enjoyed a lovely Malbec from Argentina. Vanilla ice cram for dessert but they offer several special heavier dessert. Everything very fresh and the service attentive. They also offer a menu in English for guests which is a very nice touch.
We very much enjoyed our dinner and would return to this establishment.

Went to this restaurant for a late dinner because of the outstanding recommendation by our hotel concierge and its proximity to the Oro Verde Hotel.
The atmosphere is very nice with art decorating the walls, comfortable chairs and white linen. The service was very professional if a bit stuffy.
The menu is extensive with several ceviches and numerous fish and shellfish choices. This includes fresh lobster but at a high price.
We much enjoyed the giant shrimp and sea bass. Cooking was perfect and portion size generous. Wine list is somewhat limited for a restaurant of this category but priced fairly.
Overall, very good seafood restaurant but expensive.

We enjoyed our dinner at Noe Sushi bar. The service and food was excellent except for the wine by the glass. They have a nice selection of wine on the wine list. Our service was excellent. What I like about eating crab is that it is different in whatever part of the world you eat it and in this place you can eat a local delicacy that is a small crab from the mangrove swamps in the coast of Ecuador. This is an upmarket place to eat it within a set of other local dishes. I enjoyed it

This was recommended by a local for Ecuadorian food and it was amazing. I️ had a fish platter with shrimp, rice, clams, and see bass. My wife had a dish that was like crab cannelloni with excellent cheese. We tried the Lo Nuestro Cerviche and it was excellent. Also, as others recommended save room dessert. You can tell this is a favorite of the locals too. If in Guayaquil, give it try!

They refuse men in shorts - OK, this really does not fit into the atmosphere. But service staff delivering items at the table without a word or a smile? (We do speak Spanish....) Neither!
The food was OK, the least what can be expected given the prices. Ceviche, pulpo, sirloin steak, pasta with ossobuco (pasta slightly overcooked, ossobuco somewhat different but OK).

One of my former Ecuador students recommendes us to celebrate our 40th anniversary there. Although an ESPOL Professor friend told me not to go, we went. I wished we had followed the advise of my ESPOL colleague.
I had the worst ever Tiramisu I ever ate in my life. Old and terrible. We were scared that we would get poisoned.
We had octopus salad which was borderline. I had seafood risotto
without almost no seafood.
It is very expensive for Ecuador standards.
Although they knew about 40th year anniversary, they did not do anything to acknowledge that. Completely ignored it.
The decoration is too much. Anyhow overall this was a bad experience.
Please try to avoid this restaurant unless you want to pay a lot of money for bad food.

There are two branches of this restaurant in Guayaquil. The one in Urdesa, and the one in Las Terrazas, Samborondón. This places offers the freshest, more variety, and better price than many other sushi´s restaurants.
In addition, some Japanese and Asian style dishes.
Nowadays, there are better places to eat sushi in Quito, than in Guayaquil. Ironically (being GYE a coastal city)
