Confident and creative updates of classical Indian dishes served in stylishly laid back dining room in Greystones-the heart and gourmet capital of Co.Wicklow
We go to chakra every now and then, but after this incident we might avoid going to this place.
We ordered vegetarian starters, vegetarian main course and Bread basket and asked our server to change peshawari nan to some other nan bread, because Peshawari nan bread is sweet and we don't like sweet bread.
Food arrived, we start eating and I realised that something is not right with the bread, asked waiter and he said it's Lamb mince bread and said rudely that lamb mince nan is always a part of bread basket. We ordered bread basket around 50 times in chakra in our previous visits but the guy wasn't ready to accept the mistake. After confronting him, he changed the bread but serving meat to a vegetarian is disgusting. I don't mind looking at meat but eating is like another level. Chef should have this sense that if all the other items in the order is vegetarian, the person ordering it might be allergic to meat or vegetarian.
This was the last time we went to chakra.
Disappointed.

Have been here before for family celebrations and have never been disappointed! This time to celebrate our sons graduation. The service is excellent with very pleasant, attentive staff.. food is delicious.!! All our dishes to a high standard and presentation excellent. We were not rushed which was really nice as some restaurants want you in and out for the next sitting. Would definitely recommend and will be back soon.

Came across Bochelli's driving through Greystones, stopped off for lunch.
The food was excellent good all round choices with some lovely sea food options.
Service was very slow, garlic bread was only toasted on one side other than that everything else was perfect, Prawns and crab claws delicious

Family run restaurant and bistro established in 1988. Great food and ambience with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal and local produce. Multi award winning establishment with a HUGE wine list, over 700 listings!!!!!!
The restaurant serves 'classic' high-end quality gastropub food, in a friendly setting and beautiful building. I really enjoyed two out of the three courses but wasn't impressed with the dessert as it was just average and not on par with the other two (amazing) courses. Also considering we are in Ireland in December not sure why there is no temperature control on the wine, as it was far too cold to taste and could only really taste it at the end of our meal.

Food was of course delicious but coffee very poor therefore one star down. I sign up for course and was very curious about that place. I love healthy chocolate bars and main course with salads was really tasty and filling. Now coffee was bitter and just horrible so I left it behind. I would not order coffee again but I would gladly back for food itself. Definitely good stop if you care about your diet.

fresh orange juice, good choice of coffee and my favourite pancakes with bacon and myple syrup. Can sit outside and watch the world go by. On the main street close to the south beach and the children's playground.

This place is on Main Street not far from train station. We both had their full Irish breakfast / the quality of produce was very good. The service was relatively quick and friendly. Coffee was excellent and served just at the right temperature.

The Beach House is at the heart of the picturesque harbour town of Greystones. The pub was established in 1850 and has been a welcoming establishment for locals and tourists alike. We offer a casual dining experience 7 days a week, 12pm -9pm. Live music is on 4 nights a week and we have late openings on weekends. Find us on Facebook to keep up to date with our events and daily specials.
Beach House features both a good restaurant and pub. Its menu is extensive with moderately priced pub food and "step-up" selections. It is large and family friendly, used to accommodating children of all ages.In good weather there is an outdoor pavilion with picnic benches.Occasionally there is an adjacent kids area with a jumping castle. Beach House is next to Dan's a traditional Irish pub.It is well worth a stop for lunch or dinner.

Came here for dinner. The food was great! I had the chicken strips and chips. It was pretty crowded since they were showing a football match. The only bad thing was it was quite dark in the restaurant and the chairs looked like they were cracking quite a bit. The food was excellent though!
