Florianopolis was dubbed by Brazilian weekly Veja as "the best place to live in Brazil", so it’s only natural that tourists would want to check it out, too. And do they ever. Florianopolis is a thriving destination for its perfect beaches, excellent surfing, amazing seafood, and juxtaposition of a modern megacity with 16th-century colonial fortresses and relaxed markets and parks.

Impeccable cuisine, dishes carefully prepared and served by the owner himself with the care of the preparation and how you taste them. Wide variety of seafood. Cellar with incredible labels. Tasty dishes! Romantic place! Theme decoration! Excellent for couples.

The best genuine Italian pizza in the middle of the crowds in Canasvieiras beach, Florianópolis. It's worth trying. I recommend the quatro stagione! Delicious!

Really enjoyed my time here. They have delicious food! We had pizza, salad and garlic bread. All enjoyed by the presence of life music. The service was really friendly, funny and they spoke perfectly English. Even vegans and gluten allergic persons can eat their heart out here! Really something I would recommend.

We've come here on two occasions for dinner and the service is good and the staff are great. Small menu but well executed. We spent 8 days in Lagoa trying out a number of restaurants and this one has the best salads. I didn't give 5 stars because I found the food a bit too salty, but I experienced that problem at every restaurant in Brazil.

My sister and I reveled in the awesomeness of this local gem.
All of their dishes were delicious. The temaki was large and in charge, lusciously packed overflowing with tasty, very fresh fish.
The best pieces of sashimi and nigiri were seared to perfection and lightly sautéed with a citrusy scallion sauce. Yummy.
Their 38 piece combo platter was Devine. After dinner we wondered if that's all we should have ordered so that we weren't so full... But I'm glad we threw back the last pieces of scallops and fresh salmon. Totally worth it!

This place serves certified Italian expresso, top desserts and special snacks you will not find elsewhere. I had a wonderful experience in my birthday with my wife and newborn son. This is not just about drinking coffee but turning it into a pleasant experience. Here...MoreWe are so glad to see that you and your family had a pleasant experience, that makes us very proud of what we do, thank you so much and arrivederci!

Went here with my friend on a busy night out. We didn`t have a reservation, but were lucky to get a table immediately.
We shared a beef tartare for starter which was delicious. For main course I had the lamb shank, also delicious and I can really recommend it. My friend had some risotto which was also nice.
Recommended!

Local, seasonal, fresh food only. Every week a whole new menu! You might choose between the five course tasting menu or order a la carte. If you have any restrictions please tell us in advance: Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, lactose free friendly.
Kind of a secret spot, this relatively new restaurant is inside a charming house, has 6 or 7 tables and opens only Fridays and Saturdays with a menu confiance with 4 courses and fixed price.
The atmosphere is very cozy and romantic, great and very friendly service and the food is delicious and really fresh, as most ingredients come from the garden and almost everything is made from scratch by chef João Bub, who posts the new menu every week on their Facebook Fanpage.
I can say for sure that this is one of the best restaurants in Florianópolis at the moment (especially considering worth for money), we had a great experience and will definitely be back soon!
The only critic, if any, would be regarding beverages: there's no beer menu yet (husband is a fan of special beers) and no wines under R$ 70,00, although there are very good options to choose from.
Dinner and reservation only.

Located in a nice house, it offers a seafood menu including the low cost executive lunch. Less than my expectations for it is wide known, but good enough to return someday. Wine list is short, deserves to add better wines. Service is efficient.

I have been to Aladym only once and the food is good, service is okay. Just prices are too expensive. In this sense, not a place I’d recommend for backpackers with a low budget.
