I travelled all the way from Santiago, 2.5 hour drive, to visit this vineyard maker of my favorite red wine, and it was worth it. It's a small place because it has offices in other Valleys and places in Chile in order to get the best wine. The cellar and Gardens are quite interesting to see. It's best if you book in advance if you want to eat at its restaurant since it is tiny, and rather expensiv. Nice wine tasting. Tour is not expensive at all

Our hosts recommended Soler for a casual yet delicious cafe serving outstanding sandwiches. So glad he did (thank you, Francisco!).
The Italian (red, white, green) Sandwich had the most tender and tasty pork, served with extra palta (I'm so glad I love avocados) and tomatoes (but not on mine). HUGE Sandwich, big enough to split.
Cafe felt almost like a diner. Very clean. Very friendly and efficient service, even for us extranjeros.
Conveniently located next to Route 5.

The variety is great, but not so overdone that it scares you. Good soups, pasta, chicken, fish etc. They have a charcoal grill (with wood) and therefore good meat as well. The service was very nice and excellent value for money. The easiest access is if you travel from South to North.

I was quite surprise to find an external heated pool in this hotel, very relaxing! The food quality was also impressive, filled with fresh and perfectly prepared sea food.
For many that might not know, in 2010 Iloca was devasted by a tsunami that followed a 8.8 richter scale earthquake, so I was really happy to see how they have bounced back and rebuilt their city!!

I went on a day or was almost empty, but I think it is a quite busy restaurant. Beef was good and service very attentive. Pisco sour was really good, and price is not so expensive as someone said. 20000 for a sour, biffe (350gr) with potatoes, a small bottle of wine and an espresso. I recommend it

fish choices are delicious - waiters are keen on choosing for you, so be aware - parking is quite cranky

This place is constantly rated as the best Plateada (braised brisket) in Chile, which is a delicious and iconic plate here. You will also find all sorts of great Chilean meals here in a relaxed, family-style restaurant. Will be difficult to find if you are not a local however.

Good service and enjoyable garden setting in good weather. The food is good if you like the south american take on sushi - different but still tasty. Perhaps more cream cheese than is authentic but the portions are quite generous. The octopus in olive sauce is very good -imho.

I was very impressed by this restaurant, I went for lunch with some friends whilst on business in Curico, first of all great that there was a menu in English available, but most important was the menu choice available. The venue is renowned for its steaks, so I thoroughly enjoyed my rib eye, with green salad.
