We had the set menu including mainly fish and were not disappointed. Service is perfect and the owner is a pleasure to talk to. The outdoor Terrace we had dinner in was just fantastic, as it is the location. Good wine list with reasonable markup. All in all, a very pleasant dinner.

We made a reservation for 4 persons on the balcony: the view is absolutely stunning. It costs you 2,5 per person extra, but it's worth it! We were the first, it took a while before we could order. Apart from this delay, once ordered, the service was good and friendly. The bruschetta was perfect, the pizza also! If you visit Radicondoli, be sure to visit this place. It is also worth a detour if in the neighbourhood!

Regional Cuisine of Tuscany
We were traveling from the Maremma area of Tuscany to our home in Umbria. One o'clock rolled around and we stopped at Ristorante Tre Archi for lunch. The dining room is super homey with butter yellow walls and two generous rooms plus a small outside space. The owner was very friendly and right away he brought a cart with five different Tuscan oilive oils for us to try with our bread. Quite nice. I had Tuscan onion and potato soup. Toasted bread to put in it. Very like French onion. And tagliatelle house made, with funghi porcini. Since these big mushrooms are very much in season I took advantage. My husband had Ribolitta, or Tuscan bread soup, and lamb chops. The chops were over cooked. They didn't ask how he wanted it cooked. Maybe if he had said he wanted it rare it would have been served that way. Default in Italy is well done. A good place to eat overall.

Nice restaurant with stunning view from the Terrace, typical tuscan dishes cooked with love, biological vegetable garden and products to taste
We chose this restaurant due to good feedbacks on the internet: authentic, nice view, etc. and were very disappointed. It is not what I'd call an authentic Italian trattoria.
The place needs a good cleaning (the windows have never been washed I guess, and pleease, remove those fake plastic flowers).
The wall separating the kitchen is partial, so the smell of burnt oil impregnated the hall and our clothes (good aspiration system needed!)
The fantastic view gave to some back yard or garden and the hills, but it's not what you call a panoramic view.
TV was on, which very loud sound covered all so it wasn't easy to talk and the service was slow.
The salami/ham starter was very poor, the bread was not fresh and the water had some after-taste.
The pasta was fine but it cannot compensate the overall filthy impression. It was not definitely worthy the way we've made to find it and we'll surely not be back again.

This gem of a restaurant is owned and run by a family who pours detail and love into every dish that they prepare and serve. The taste flows from the fork to your mouth and confirms your decision to walk into a warm place in the centre of town. I recommend stopping for the fixed menu and listening to jazz music.

Great Restaurant! We passed by on a Saturday afternoon while on the drive f=down to La Maremma . I just love the local restaurants and this one did not disappoint. They were preparing for a big party but took us anyway. The service was excellent. The menu was vast and we ordered too much as all seemed so yummy! We loved the whole experience and highly recommend if you are in the area.

This is a typical family run Tuscany restaurant situated in the countryside of Colle Val d'Elsa. Their specialty is the wooden fire grilled Fiorentina steak. The meat is high quality and freshly cooked on the grill. The menu includes pasta, cold cut hams and cheese with honey and jam, they also have gluten-free dishes upon request. The prices are excellent for the quality food that is served. The service is very fast considering the restaurant is always full house. The restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday.

We ate at Il Porrina twice during our stay in the area. In both cases the service was excellent and the food portions were great and very tasty. We had pork with prunes and salmon steak after an appetizer of prosciutto and melon the first time and pappardelle with boar sauce and spaghetti with seafood the second time. The prices were low compared to other restaurants in town. It is unfortunate that the weather was cool as the Terrace overlooking the Tuscan countryside looks like it could be nice.
Our only negative comments would be that the restaurant is too brightly lit and the list of beer includes only one Italian and a fine selection of German beers. We would have preferred to delight in Italian beers since we were in Italy!

We had visited this restaurant last year and had a good experience so were keen to return whilst staying in Siena.
Il Colombaio is part of a renovated farm complex located just below the hill town of Casole D'Elsa. The complex includes rooms/apartments for rent and another, less formal restaurant, La Sosta.
As per last year, on the day we dined here for lunch the temperature was in the mid 30's. Last year we had dined inside but it had been exceedingly hot in the formal restaurant with no air conditioning. This year that part was closed as it was again too hot so we dined in an area near the bar as it was still too hot on the Terrace. Again no air conditioning and the ceiling fans were not working. Goodness knows what they do to keep cool in the kitchen.
We skipped the degustation menus and chose from the a la carte menu.
There was a pre-amuse bouche of 2 small tasters, an amuse bouche with 3 different little dishes including a fake tomato (filled with cod fish) and a fake cherry (filled with pate). All three of us had the risotto with quail which was delicious. Two then had the pork and the other the lamb. Again these were delicious. We did not have dessert as we were too full.
Coffee came with a dish of 4 different petit fours.
The restaurant's own bread selection (made with 71 year old yeast) was very good and there was a gluten free bread option.
Service was excellent and, as per last year, the chef came out to greet us at the end of the meal and thanked us for coming.
Wine list was extensive and we had a very good bottle of Chianti Classico for Euro24.
I would have rated the one Michelin Star restaurant higher if the air conditioning or ceiling fans had been working. Unfortunately in their absence, the meal was not as enjoyable as it should have been.
