The restaurant is situated in the well known Menestralia building, and is distinguished by its famous 52m high landmark tower that can be seen from the motorway. The building, constructed in 1962, is of a gothic style. It was built to create a centre for local craftsmen and artists. Currently there is a traditional glass factory that can be accessed from the restaurant. As well as visiting the shop and exhibition, you can watch the craftsmen in the factory making the glass.
Good choice of food, well presented and fresh. The dessert table was fabulous-I would have been happy with just that! Bottle of wine on table was very welcome. Restaurant seems popular with families enjoying a leisurely meal. Only thing I would suggest is to label some...MoreHola Thanks for your vsit to our restaurant and for your nice review. Hope to see you again. Best regards Restaurante Menestralia

Absolute perfect location, nice terrase, lovely quite hotel-restaurant complex. Our last diner in mallorca before heading back home, we made a reservation at this restaurant. When we arrived nobody really cared who we are, the Seating very unproffesional, just sit down where you want, but after that the service was ok. Not hight class but good.
The choice of dishes in the card very original, quite mallorquine and very heavy (which is tipical). The wine list good but not outstanding. I got the impression they want to be more than they really can be. I quess simpler would be better.
Overall we enjoyed it and ate quite well.

Well, the restaurant is quite small, but if the weather is nice, sitting on the outside is terrific. We enjoyed having pizza watching a live band playing on the square and people strolling by.
The service was a little slow, but the food/pizza excellent. Sharing a Caprese salad and the Gourmet pizza was more than enough for two adults. I was disappointed though of the wine prices, as a glass was 5 euro, which is too much for a town square place like this.

RESTAURANT AND PETIT HOTEL IN MALLORCA DaiCa is a balance between innovation and tradition. A family project of David Ribas and Caterina Pieras which is born in 2012 and aims to unite gastronomy and wellbeing in one space, in a unique corner of Mallorca. If you're looking for a restaurant which offers a creative and healthy gastronomical offer, along with a Petit Hotel in Mallorca, then DaiCa is your choice. A healthy and creative culinary vision which gets its nutrients from the traditional Mallorcan and Catalan recipes in harmony with technique and the intuition of experience and Deep respect for seasonal, local and quality products. Our Petit Hotel has three charming rooms where you can relax and rest in a peaceful atmosphere full of personality. Rest after a long day’s hiking, or spend the night here after a wonderful meal.
Believe all of the reviews... this restaurant is incredible! The atmosphere is relaxed and calming - we all commented how being in DaiCa was the most relaxed we'd felt all week - and the tasting menu is out of this world. It was lovely to sample lots of Mallorcan cuisine, particularly as it was so creatively chosen and put together. They catered well for a non-seafood eater in our party, swapping in a different course. I think the food changes a lot, but we had tapas, breads with oils, aubergine, prawns/pork, veal, lemon dessert. Excellent value for money at €42 per head, excellent service and I only wish that there was a DaiCa in the UK

Establishment typical Majorcan house located in nice quiet service with good music. Kitchen and home baking. Open from 07:30 pm until 9:30 pm. Monday,Tuesday, and Wednesday closed.By reservation only.
Our second visit (would’ve been our third, but couldn’t get in last year).
Three years since our first experience, we were intrigued to see if it lived up to the standards previously enjoyed.
Pleased to say that it did.....the same format - taster menu that changes each week. The same high quality food and attentive, friendly service.
The only difference was that they can accommodate a few more people and have a couple more staff (it used to be Chris and her husband - from memory).
Tremendous value, just go there......although my positive review before was probably instrumental in being the reason why I couldn’t get a reservation the next time.
A word of advice if you’re already in Majorca and plan to reserve a table - you’ll probably be disappointed; book a good few weeks before you travel.

Four of us arrived at the bar hot, tired and thirsty. It wasn't a complicated order (3 cokes & a coffee) but it took at least 10 minutes to place the order. No waiter service and so you had to go inside from the Terrace and get it yourself.
That said, the coffee was good and sitting in the shade in the church square was very relaxing. Super place to recuperate if you are not in any rush!

We popped into this bar and stayed for a while - we had several drinks with excellent service throughout. We were provided with free and varied tapas on each round - and were very happy to stay. Drinks on offer were varied and reasonably priced. If you visit the archetypally Spanish Sa Pobla do work your way to the main square and visit this establishment. Well worth it !

We visited this delightful restaurant just off the main large town square so relatively easily found - we acted on recommendations and weren't disappointed. A quality meal was provided for a relatively reasonable price - similarly drinks were reasonably priced and a good range available. Service throughout was excellent with the owner using his little English to very good effect. The decor and ability to have drinks outside also added to the conviviality of the evening. Ambience is important ... and this had it !

The Square in Sa Pobla is full of life at Wednesday night Tapas get together. Casa Miss is serving tapas at 1€ each on this day. No fancy stuff but plenty and super cosy. A mix of locals and fewer turists makes this a real local event. Be there at 19-19:30 - book a table if you want to sit down. Tapas is served at more places on the square. We enjoyed it very much.

My new favourite. I've been there on 5 occasions since I discovered in July and loved it every single time. Great Majorcan dishes with a modern touch. Great ambiance, elegant local, reasonably good service, great value (not cheap, but reasonably priced). Awesome views. No complaints, but kitchen is a bit slow when restaurant is full. Try to avoid holidays.
