We eventually found this restaurant having had it recommended by others from our guest house. The food was hot and tasty. We had a dosa and a paneer tikka, both of which were really good. The waiters were helpful and everywhere was really clean.

We are in manufacturing and retail of Sweets, Namkeens, Bakery products (Cakes, Pastries, Patties and much more) & assorted packs.
When it was newly opened, I loved the taste and quality of sweets here, but, recently, it is not upto mark. You may end up eating not freshly prepared sweets, snacks & other savouries, unlike earlier days, when one could get to taste freshly prepared Milk sweets and snacks. Hope management will improve the taste and quality and overall maintenance of the outlet. Also, prices are on higher side.

Had gone for dinner with colleagues. The staff was very welcoming and the moment u enter the courtyard u are transported to a different time. The live music and dance programme was very entertaining. The service was excellent. Even though the snacks that we ordered were superb the buffet was slightly a let down. Even though the spread was good the taste was not what was expected. Overall I would say it was an excellent experience.

A home away from home freshly cooked food
We tried to check in to this hotel after a long drive from Delhi to Bikaner. We reached here around 4 AM and the caretaker or the minion there was least interested in giving us rooms at that time. I didn't notice any hospitality there so all of us decided to dump this hotel and move to another hotel.

Heeralal's Fully Air-Conditioned Multi Cuisine Restaurant. Present at two most happening places of Bikaner, Station Road . At Heeralal Restaurant we offer a choice of Indian, Continental, Chinese, Rajasthani Food. Our speciality is 'Shahi Thali' which we serve in traditional royal way in Silver Plates. Heeralal restaurant has 100 seats, so it is very suitable for larger gatherings such as weddings, christenings, birthdays, celebrate ... It consists of two prostarne sale that link, part of the smoking area while the other one is designed for non-smokers. The restaurant is situated in the front of railway station of Bikaner. This simply means it is convient for outsiders too to have a good meal and can move to some other place if they want.
We visited this place on 11th March, 2017 post google search as we heard that the place serves good food and the ambience of the place is also OK (family Seating area available). Since the place seemed closer we had parked our car at some distance as sometimes near railway station, parking is difficult and walked towards the place. We sighted the board near a shopping complext and could find the entrance of the hotel, which is supposedly inside the shopping complex. We approached the reception desk of Hotel heeralal and requested to be guided. The person indifferently pointed out to the side of the shopping mall without any specific guidelines. We requested other staff as well and met with the same indifferent treatment. We reached the restaurant which had dimmed lights and entrance locked. The staff was visible inside even they did not bother to inform that the restaurant is closed (On the eve of Holi Festival). We spent almost half an hour locating the place and to figure out that it is closed hence it was a wasted visit.

Bikaner isn't really a tourist city and it can be a bit overwhelming, but this American-style diner provides a relaxing space to get off the streets, grab a loaded milkshake and just "hang around". Aside from their specialty shakes (~100rp) the menu includes pastas, pizzas, fries and other snack-style fare, as well as all the Indian classics. It's more expensive than a local sit-down but better value than most of the other hotel-restaurants in town and there's free pool downstairs. Would recommend to anyone looking for a safe, satisfying, chilled out meal in Bikaner.
