Little Coco's is a catering business, however one can also find delicious coffee and homemade snacks and take home meals from our service area.
This is a mixed review because for me breakfast is about the perfect pairing of food and coffee.
I've given this visit 3/5; the food was easily a 4 but the coffee was a 2.
Here's my reasons:
The positive: I had the corn fritters with the salsa and chili jam and they were really very good. It was very tasty and light enough that I left fully satisfied but not bloated. Perfect amount. To get the 5/5 they could have considered presentation. It did feel more like a plate of hors d’oeuvres. It might seem harsh but for me food is sensory: taste, smell and sight.
The negative: I really don't enjoy modern roasts that are unbalanced in favor of the light fruitiness of a green coffee bean. I don't like the absence of mouth-feel and the green taste makes milk seem sour. And this was a tragic example of this. I don't know if they have more than one roast option but if they did they didn't say and I wished they did.
Service was great.
Price was acceptable.

Friendly small cafe located near several others. The staff were very friendly, were able to give advice on the single origin coffee available. A small play area is available for children. Also available is roasted coffee to take home, beans or ground. Clean. Nicely set out. Comfy chairs.

Had surf and turf
Steak was good but in season Vege not so good! (broccollini and beans with smashed chats)
Broccollini was over cooked (soft)
Beans tasted like they were out of a frozen packet.(not in season beans as menu says)
Chats were A1
Also sauce was very watery and no flavour

Ate here one Friday night while staying at the hotel. It was very quiet and lacked atmosphere apart from background music and the decor is quite dated. The staff gave the distinct impression they would rather be elsewhere and did that very annoying thing of setting up for breakfast before when they were still serving dinner. The rack of lamb was well prepared but expensive given the location. Disappointed

We were keen to try this place after the change in ownership. The menu had some of the old owners' staples left, which was great to see! We had the pork dumplings and the lamb shank. The dumplings were delicious and the dipping sauce was excellent. The lamb shank was a bit disappointing (not cooked long enough). The panna cotta dessert was absolutely delicious. The coffees were excellent.
It was nice that the quality had remained and some of the most popular items from the old menu were still there for us to enjoy. Still a very good option for lunch in town!

Our group continued to grow and they kept up a running service for us all. The food was excellent. Some really tasty dishes and some really simple fare too. The homemade muesli was excellent. The others had cooked dishes and these were generous and steaming hot.
Wide range of drinks available. Interesting decor. Outside section (too cold for us that morning). Parking was easy. Prices were reasonable leaning towards the top of the range, however it is a quality restaurant so you expect to pay a bit more.

This little café is a fantastic spot. They serve a good range of sushi and a variety of other options including Bento Boxes and noodle dishes and do it all well. Everything is clearly hand made and authentic and prices are very reasonable. This place would fit into any restaurant district in Japan and compete with the local offerings. This is a must do, and is a very pleasant surprise in a regional area. It is the sort of restaurant that you would expect to find in our major capital cities. Oishii !!!
