Fantastic small restaurant, run by a husband and wife team, set in Argeles village. From the moment you enter the restaurant it's clearly apparent you are about to experience something special! Innovation and imagination in the decor sets the theme that runs seamlessly through the food, the wine and the service. Truly a French restaurant but embracing regional produce with its Catalan influence and history embedded in its approach to its food and service. Nothing is too much and Stephanie's attentive but non intrusive manner ensures that you enjoy the culinary experience course by course, each ingredient explained in French or English and paired with wines that reflect the food style as well as personal drinking preferences. We really enjoyed the informal conversation through the evening with each course with Stephanie and with the chef, Thibaut at the end of the evening.
Truly Rabelaisien...

We had dinner here with our daughter who is 3. They were very accommodating and the food was delicious, the children's fish fillet and home made fries was excellent. My husband had steak which he said was delicious. My fish superb. Despite the location being on edge of car park the vibe was relaxing and enjoyable.

The FLOWERS restaurant invite you for a wonderfull trip, you can find three différent them as asian, north african, and exotic patio. Establishment Selected by a famous french TV TF1
We tried this restaurant on the advice of our hotel manager. Our first impression was unfortunately negative due to the surly attitude of the waiter. We put up with this hoping that the food would be better than the staff. This proved not to be the case as the food was disappointing to say the least. The duck dish was tough and dry and the fish chosen by my partner was also dry and small in portion. We had the same fish in another restaurant two days prior which was perfect.

We happened upon this little place at lunch. It was not very busy so we were a little wary but any concerns were soon dispelled. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, for example moving the awning so half our party were in sun and half in shade. The food (mainly fish) was excellent. Obviously freshly caught and handled with care and respect for the main ingredient. The puddings were also a delight. Recommended.

We have eaten here on several previous occasions and always find the welcome and service to be outstanding. On this occasion my partner and I were entertaing a friend to lunch and, even though the place was unusually quitet, the sincere welcome, efficient service and good food did not disappoint.
The ladies opted for choices from the daily manu which, understandably, features locally caught fish and shellfish to a large extent. I opted for the 3-course, €33 menu and was excited by the starter of seared scallops with serrano and the beautifully-cooked monkfish tails in a chorizo sauce. I was far too full to attempt the creamy dessert so my partner gained from my abstinence.
Good value, good ingredients, well cooked and pleasantly presented and served, yes, we'll go again!

If you're looking for an elegant restaurant where you can dine in peaceful settings between vineyards and Mountains... you're already there! Beautiful vaulted ceilings offer an intimate setting for dinners inside, or why not enjoy a relaxing dinner outside along the pool with breathtaking views of the Alberes Mountains... Let yourself be tempted by the chef's refined Mediterranean cuisine, inspired with subtle blends of sun-filled flavours and textures from the Mediterranean. You can also discover the best aged Roussillon vintages in our cellar from a superb wine list with over 350 references. The restaurant is open every evening as well as lunchtime on Sundays and public holidays. The restaurant is closed from november 15th, to February 05th.
The dining area is comprised of several smaller rooms with plenty of space, thus some privacy and no crowding. Menu is limited but inspired and each course looks like a picture. A la carte is quite expensive but the daily Menu option with three courses...MoreThank you for your visit. The €27 menu is indeed really worth its price... a teaser for our guests to discover à la carte. Looking forward to welcoming you again, Best regards, Magalie Tonjum

This little restaurant in St. Andre is a little gem in a region that does not have very good restaurants outside Perpignan. Too many restaurants where industrial food is warmed up and served at really high prices. This one though is different. The food is well prepared and both simple and inventive at the same time. Perfectly cooked fresh fish locally caught (the coast is near) , fine chicken and beef, (not the type you find at the supermarket), vegetables al dente etc. the service is unobtrusive and prompt. In the kitchen a chef (female) that exercises a perfectly mastered cuisine, obviously a schooled chef. I have eaten there a Friday night together with four other friends. All enjoyed their meal, the creme catalane with caramelized artichauts was very good like the rest of the food. Wine list with local wines. I look forward to the warm weather when one can eat in the lovely little garden.

We ate here based on reviews on Tripadvisor, this place really stands out. The food was excellent and if you eat from the set menu it's also very good value too. It looks a little stuffy so was concerned that they wouldn't take too kindly to us having a 7 year old from us but it was no problem at all. Service was very attentive without being overwhelming.
Make sure you book in advance though, during the summer you have zero chance of an evening table without booking.

Great restaurant near Argeles train station. We sat outside on a balmy late August evening. A set menu consists of about 5 or 6 'half portions' so don't go if you're a fussy eater or looking for huge portions! Our diverse menu included a delicious Catalan soup, Iberico ham, tuna steak and gambas, all presented with imagination and flair. A short but detailed wine list has wines for every wallet and taste. Service is casual with a great welcome from the hostess. I would recommend La Trencadis if you're looking to try something a little different in an area with many ok restaurants.
