I must give them "poor" rating. They got the best chances to be a really good spa. The pools are located in lovely area, water is healthy. If you sit outside in the night, the atmosphere is magical.
But:
- design doesn´t fit to that region. I do not understand why they want to show off and look like russian-style-over-decorated place
-lady at a cash desk was really beautiful in her antique dress but expression of her face meant that she must suffer while serving customers
-lady at changing rooms definitely hated almost everyone. As we entered she was angrily talking to herself. We were pretty confused because we had no idea what wrong we had made. Later on, my locker was unable to open. She started yelling at me that I hadn´t closed it properly, then that I probably mixed-up number of my locker. Anyway, even as she used her badge, the locker couldn´t be opened. Then she called maintenace and yelled at ladies there to immediately leave because a man will come (???). No apology, just impolite yelling. After my locker was forced open, she complained that it was expensive.... To be honest, it is not my problem that their equipment is not working well. In the end, as I was leaving , she was telling off a polish girl complaing about towel. Definitely, this lady shouldn´t work here.
-dirty changing rooms - why there is no place where you can remove your shoes before entering changing rooms? Then, you must stand on dirty floor barefooted.
-I haven´t noticed anyone cleaning floors. Indoors and outdoors as well. Outside floor was really slippery as tiles got wet (actually flooded). No-one removed water...
-they should limit entrance for kids, for example allow them until 8pm. It is very unpleasant to be annoyed by screaming kids jumping almost on your head while you want to relax in the darkness. You pay 16 EUR per 2 hours (weekend) - for that price I want to be pampered, not ruined after visit.

Once mighty fortress now a ruin, being repaired by volunteers. Still impressive and visible from far away, an easy goal for half an hour's walk on well marked path from both sides, either from village Lietava or from Lietavska Svina, about 10 km from the regional centre- Zilina.

Great relax at unique place with beautiful nature, hot healing mineral water, aqua jets, jacuzzi and in the evening fantastic night bathing with great coloured light show. So romantic.. If you are thinking to try it, run there.

Unfortunately there are not too many places to see in Zilina city, so you can be sure that once you stay there you will visit this Marianske Square. It is an ordinary square you can see in almost every bigger city, not all buildings are in a good condition and in summer period you even can't fully enjoy their beauty, because of umbrellas in front of every restaurant. But you will enjoy, this place lives. You can choose from plenty of restaurants and cafes or just walk around and watch. There is a nice Fountain in the center of the square and 2 wells with beautiful forged fencing. One of them is little bit hidden in a corner of the square under the ground level.

We have been suprised that there is transfort Museum in Rajecke Teplice. the strange thing is that you have to enter two different rooms, however the intersting thing is model of train network around Zilina from the past.
the museum is quit small, but the quide is quit helpful, telling some intersting stories.

Unfortunately I never had a chance to see this church inside as I only come to Zilina at evenings, but every time I am in the city I come to this place to admire its proud neat building looking down to the square. I can't stop taking pictures.
