Windsor Castle is the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world and offers an extraordinarily rich and varied day out. Throughout its history, the Castle has been redecorated, enlarged and rebuilt. Today The Queen spends most of her private weekends at the Castle, which is also used regularly for ceremonial and State occasions. Your ticket to Windsor Castle includes entry to our exhibition Waterloo at Windsor.
The highlight of the visit are the Apartments. We did go through Doll House display as the line wasn’t long, albeit i didn’t find it very interesting. We went late in day so it wasn’t crowed. Got a great tourist picture of my daughter with one of the palace guards. Wonderful place to just wonder around within the grounds as well.
Being an American, the British history mostly goes right over my head, but still enjoyed the visit.
Somewhat expensive but a must see if in Windsor.

This is my second time with Tally Ho. This time i treated my girlfriend.
From first contact Jenny was a star and was so helpful and informative. The day itself was perfecf....a great ride, wonderful weather and Jenny's wealth of knowledge.
Even better i got reacquainted with Lou Lou.
These people are the absolute best and i recommend them without a moment's hesitation. We will be back later in the year for sure!!

The home of Dr Barry Fudgeman. We make and sell the best fudge in world. You can watch fudge being made in our kitchen everyday between 11-4 (all things permitting), sample any of the selection of fudges we have on offer (12-15 flavours from a range of 200) and even come and make fudge with us at a Fudge Making Experience (please call ahead to check availability). We make traditional artisan fudge by hand and even have Dairy Free fudge from time to time.
I go to Windsor only twice a year but our highlight is getting some fresh fudge! It’s so yummy & the staff are really friendly. Make sure you stay for the demonstration of fudge making - if you’re lucky you might get it still warm!!! I’m a Fudge Kitchen Super Fan!

Was at the February 24th tour which was hosted by Matt.He was very personable, not to mention very knowledgeable about the beers and the general brewing scene in Windsor and its' environs both past and present.I was most impressed when he noticed I needed a refill...MoreHi Paul - thanks for the 5 star review! Great to hear you enjoyed Matt's brewery tour, he's super passionate. Watch this space regarding The World Cup in Russia. Best regards - Graeme

Was included in castle entry ticket and the audio tour. Worth a visit if you have time. The tombs were beautiful inside the small chapels.

The Show was good but the experience shocking. A group of girls who were on a hen night or similar were allowed by the staff to ruin the night for many. We all partook in the sing along parts but in-between these girls were chatting,...MoreThank you for your review, we do appreciate the feedback The Front of House manager has asked that you get in touch to discuss your comments further.

Do you want to see where the elite are educated? If so, have a gander. Otherwise, the buildings are lovely, but not much more to see.

Queued to get the river taxi from Windsor... was advised rudely by a jobsworth that the tickets weren't valid....They'd arrived directly from Windsor race course. Another member of staff came and negotiated our passage passed the gatekeeper...
arrived at the racecourse, queued for a bit before being shepherded through a side door with a number of other people. No security, no bag search, no need to show a ticket, nothing.
Then had to hunt a member of staff from whom to get 3D glasses for the fireworks
Thought we'd go on a couple of rides...no option but to buy a £15 wristband, then gave up as we'd stood in line for over an hour
The fireworks were ok, didn't fit the music and only lasted 20 minutes instead of 30, but they were ok
No bonfire no candy floss no toffee apples. Soulless gathering without a thought for customers, no atmosphere, just a bunch of people fed up at queuing and being fleeced for money
Then another extensive queue to get out.
Very dissatisfied, disappointed, feel completely let down and out of pocket.
I want my money back
